It’s such a shame that the customer service element of the company is so poor! I am in love with my swimsuit. It is such great quality and it fits so well!

I ordered a couple sizes of the same items as I was a new customer and didn’t know my sizing. The items have come well packaged and very quickly. However when I have gone to return the items I have had issues with the parcel still showing as ‘in transit’. After using the online chat feature I was told to contact the warehouse email - of which I still have had no response from. I have gone back to use the chat and have had no response. A day later I have tried contacting toco again via the live chat after being able to sort the previous issue. It has taken a couple hours for a response and I was trying to contact someone as the returns label I was given wasn’t able to be printed by the post office as there was no barcode. I have had a generic response of ‘head to our returns section on our website’. This has not helped one bit.

A lot of people do not have access to printers so I will have to pay for the label to be printed and attach it to the parcel myself. I will also be charged £5 to return the parcel. I won’t be buying future items from this company until they sort their returns policy out and update their service methods! Really disappointed!

If the returns and customer service were up to any standard I would be giving this company a 5 star review. Such a shame that the product has been let down by the service.

I made my first order with Toco Swim a couple of weeks ago to purchase a gorgeous bikini for my summer holiday. Naturally, I ordered a few sizes and different models but quickly found my favorite design. The material is great and the items are packaged with care. I quickly returned all the other garments, paying for my own shipping which I did not mind as I gladly wanted to support a small business. I was quickly refunded for all items except for one (everything was sent in the same parcel). I was not notified of any reason for this so I reached out to customer service. A representative addressed me with the wrong name and stated that the garment in question was “damaged” and would therefore not be refunded. As I only briefly tried on all bikinis over clothing, I was sure to not have caused any damages so I asked for proof. I was sent a video clip in which I for the life of me cannot recognise any “damages”. I inquired further and also asked whether my order could have possibly mistaken with someone else’s as a wrong name was used to address me and I was only informed of the alleged damage upon my inquiry. Neither point was addressed by the representative and Toco Swim has been unwilling to resolve this amicably. While the bikini I chose is gorgeous and I have repeatedly been complimented on the design, I advise anyone to proceed with caution - this feels like an utter scam (which other individuals sadly also seemed to have suffered from). £45 for trying on a bikini bottom which does not fit me and certainly is not damaged is absolutely horrendous. Disappointed in this small business.

Update: I initiated a chargeback claim with Klarna and asked Toco Swim for their cooperation in providing their evidence so that this can be settled with help from a third party. They have yet to do so and only reiterate they won’t be refunding and that the item can remain with them or be sent back to me. I explicitly asked to not send it back to me until the dispute is settled which they ignored. Now that I have the bottoms back, I can see NO evidence of alleged damages (which were also not visible in the video they had sent). Overall really frustrating back and forth, will certainly not be ordering again.

Update 2: after involving klarna and providing evidence, i was refunded the full amount. I highly suggest anyone experiencing this mess to escalate this to their bank 👆🏾

I bought the Castara multi-tie one piece in cobalt blue and the one shoulder bikini top in rose and balandra high leg bikini bottoms in rose.

My order arrived in a few days with no issue. They both fit perfectly and the material is just beautiful! I have been inundated with comments on both the one piece and bikini and am excited to widen my Toco collection soon!

The prices are more expensive than I have paid for before but 100% worth it knowing it’s an ethically and environmentally friendly company and the quality is superb. The fact it’s female owned is also a massive bonus for me - I love to see it!

I absolutely adore my Toco bikinis! they are such good quality, buttery soft, and I love the sustainability side of things too. The cuts are lovely and original while being timeless. I get compliments all the time!

The two owners and founders are super passionate about their business and always ready to help! Toco has become by far my favourite bikini brand! 100% recommend.

I will never buy another swimwear brand again. I’m so invested in this brand that my Mum, Sister-in-law and best friend now wear Toco too with second and third purchases on the way.
The material is second to none and the customer service is an elevated experience, don’t expect fast fashion service with these Queens! You can see the care and love that the Toco team put into their products and as such you as a purchaser are protected because you will never receive a product that is less than perfect!

Most importantly their swimwear makes you feel beautiful!

I’ve been purchasing from toco for years! Their customer service is incredible, the quality of the swimwear is unparalleled. Amazing to find a brand that is focused on empowering women AND creating sustainable, fashionable and beautiful pieces. Every time I wear one of their bikinis I get so many compliments, I won’t shop anywhere else for swimwear! Everyone should own a toco swimsuit!

Toco Swimwear is the best out there - so flattering on any body, so beautiful and made by a wonderful small team. I recommend to everyone and always get complimented when I’m wearing any of their items.

I hate buying bikinis and feel like they only ever last a year before looking tatty, however I love my TocoSwim swimsuit. It's so flattering and I always get compliments on it (a few of my friends have bought it since).

I also love that they use realistic models so you can see how it might look on you.

My only thing would be I wish they did some padded bikinis and some in slighter smaller sizes, however still a solid 5/5!

I own two bikinis from Toco and they are by far my favourite swimwear pieces. The quality and sustainability of the fabric is second to none and really does feel like second skin. Super smooth and doesn’t dig in like other cheap brands. Always recommend to my friends and feel like I never need another brand! Price is super reasonable in comparison to other sustainable brands. You really get what you pay for and always happy to support small female-owned business :)

Absolutely love these bikinis! Bought one years ago at one of their first pop ups and had to buy another one this year! The material is sooooo soft and flattering, I get compliments all the time on these bikinis!

All good till something goes wrong. Parcel was left outside my flat and went missing. The customer service I received was appalling. Didn’t reply for 4 days, had to message them twice to get a response….dragged out the whole process of refunding me. Did not at any point ask if I wanted a replacement and asked me to order again and pay more postage fee for DPD. They also didn’t refund the postage fee until I inquired about it!!

Swimwear also comes with massive stick marks/glue from the protective sticker which I was assured would come off….which did not….

The fit and quality of the bikinis I ordered are amazing! I’m currently on holiday and I keep reaching for my toco kini as it fits so well and makes me feel amazing and confident! I ordered a couple of different sizes as I wasn’t sure what would fit best and the ones I returned were refunded quickly with no issues. I really recommend this brand if your in the market for high quality, comfy, and stylish swimming costumes! 🫶🏼

I’ve been purchasing from Toco since the beginning of the brand and I can only say the quality and designs get better and better every year. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
