Not worth the paper it’s written on. The manager alone was rude called me desperate and mentioned he wouldn’t receive any disciplinary talking to customers the way he does. They just follow any issues you have with your car to wear and tear. Not worth it. I’ll be taking it further

We can never predict what happens to our cars the next day.When I bought my car they advised me to buy warranty.To be honest at that time I did not want to part with money but after hearing how important it was I did.A few days ago unexpectedly my car had a break down.The service I got from TMO was exceptional.From start to finish I was updated through out.Thank you so much.I will renew my warranty and will recommend you any day!!!

Van bought, told full history belts ect . Nothing had been done no new belt 20,000 over . Oil leaking everywhere. They said they booked in then nothing. Who warrants a vehicle without basic checks. Will just auction the vehicle and push through court proceedings. The warranty company makes promises but delivers nothing. Me personally won’t be taking out cover i doubt anything would be covered with the lack of zero history

Please dont take out after care with this company . Rogues . Happy to take your 400 pound for the year and hassle you to renew but when you put in a claim they wont cover and blame it on wear and tear. COWBOYS

Maria was very helpful and expained everything that needed to done. She also rang me back to confirm that the repairs to the vehicle was approved and the work would be carried out.

I feel Rachel was very nice and able to sort out the claim but it did take quite a long time to get to this stage. ( not Rachel’s fault) I was told the first time to take it to the garage and get a quote, which I did. Then after a few weeks I contacted yourselves to be told you hadn’t been able to contact the garage about the claim but they did do it while I was on the phone.
Then I had to take the car back to the garage to get it looked at again because they didn’t take any photos of the problem, if someone had told me that the first time that would have been better because it did waste the garages and my time having to take the car in twice.

Other than that I was very happy
