No joke, their process works! I was somewhat skeptical with the whole thing, until I received the final transfer document. Very smooth and customer service oriented, wonderful people to work with. It does take time but it’s worth it! THANK YOU!!!!

I have been scammed by several other companies and was cautious. However became pleasantly surprised with how I am cheers buddy as they did with the third and did not require payment until the final closing to get it out of my name.

I would have no problem recommending them to anyone in the same situation.

Until I pursued the issue, I never heard from the company after I paid my fees.
After six weeks, a phone call and an email I received an email with attachments without any explanation or follow up.

Pretty marginal operation

Everything was great and they would have got 5 stars but they stopped communicating after payment was made. I had to prompt them several times to see if the transaction was complete. The process before that was pretty straight forward and went quickly.

You want your timeshare gone. These guys get it gone. Yes, it costs money - but you only pay when as needed and after it's done. It's relatively quick also, sub-5 months. And the communication! Fantastic. Alyssa, our agent, was engaged and responsive. No anxiety about being scammed at all thanks to her.

I spent a LOT of time researching this, and contacted literally dozens of services / agencies / etc. These guys were absolutely the best option. Zero regrets and would use them again.

You were scammed once when you bought a timeshare. Don't get scammed again by someone offering a service later not wanting money now. Go with these guys and get it done. You'll make your money back in 2-3 years, which is 100% worth it for a timeshare.

As with any service like this, I was a bit apprehensive at first. However, I am happy to say Timeshare Specialists did a great job!!! Communication was great when I had questions. In all, it took about four months for the process to be complete. They did everything they said they would and the timeshare is now gone. Very much recommend others to use their service!!

My wife and I were very pleased that Timeshare Specialists were able to help us get rid of our vacation club membership. We have used them a total of three times to divest of all our timeshares and vacation club memberships. In our opinion they were well worth the money we spent to divest all those "great vacation deals". Timeshares and vacation clubs were good before it became so easy to locate better deals on vacations via the internet. For us it is No more annual, ever increasing, maintenance fees that cut into our vacation budget.

We put off doing this because of the hassle we thought it would be.
As it turned out it was one of the easiest thing we have done.

Wow, i can't actually believe that I am done with my timeshare. Thank you Timeshare Specialists Franz, and Alissa at Resort Closings. The process was simple on my end. It was all done pretty much through emails. It took about 8 months but that was mostly because we were waiting on Whyndham to do their part. Today i received documentation that i am done, and today the payment was due. I knew to trust them because of the reviews and the fact that they don't collect money until the job is complete. I can't thank you enough.
