Everything was great. Engelbert didn't disappoint, especially at 90! He refuses to let the 'old man in' :-)
The band was very good and did an excellent job.
Staff were also very good.

I think it was wonderful to be able to enjoy Engelbert especially at his age & his voice is just as good as ever. Thoroughly enjoyed his show.

TicketMaster and their website are great. Good visual display when you book your seat on where it is at the theatre.
If at the time of the event there are better seats available they will move you free of charge for a better experience. Messages and emails keeping you up to date. Couldn't be better.

We got to watch a great legend. Respectful crowd.
A staff member helped us to get my mum to the lift as we were lost.

I went to purchase three tickets for the Post Malone concert in October. I had used Afterpay as payment method. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the system, and I didnt get the tickets. But yet, I am still being charged for them. When contacting them, they tell me to contact Afterpay. Then Afterpay tell me I need to contact Ticketmaster.

Good singers and orchestra with entertaining selection of operas except for the one but last Manon which was long and mournful. I felt it should have been a rousing send off or cheerful one.

Booking process online was so easy with admittance just a dream run into Auckland Town Hall for the performance of violinist Gil Shaham & Auckland Philarmonia.

The only reason this is not 5 stars is that at our age the seating details on the e-ticker were too small to read. I don't want to be too critical but you want honesty so there you are. For this gig, I ascertained the same problem for others, due to the average age of patrons! We didn't see anybody under 50 at the Englebert Humperdinck concert and given he is 90, difficulty ready fine print is understandable. We are not expecting that there is anything you can do about this.

Superb music selection and perfomances.
Excellent staff guidance (I had a lame 95-year old with me).

Music Far too loud and could not hear the words sung. Uncomfortable seats in the circle not worth the money paid for the show. Not impressed with ticket procedure at all not user friendly for mature patrons.

A phenominal show, showcased the talent of these young performers. Parking was easy. Event staff were friendly and helpful. Sevice was fast and efficient. Locating my seat was super easy.

A fantastic night, one of the best Tribute bands I have seen. Especially liked the way the band had involved the audience, showmanship at its best.

Ushers @ Michael Fowler were great but the seating is awful. For tall people, there is no room to move your legs and on a 2 hour performance it makes your legs very stiff. Very close seating too. Seats are designed for slimmer patrons.

Parking at venu is not great. One must get there early to secure parking seeing the Michael Fowler centre has no parks, and pathetic that they have nothing on premises for mobility impaired patrons.

On leaving, there was an issue with the lift not going down. Someone accidentally hit the flick switch in the control panel so the lift wouldn't move. For 10 mins the lift stood still, no one would get off and staff had no idea what to do. I pushed the emergency button a couple of times before we got help. Other patrons were unimpressed that staff took so long to resolve the problem.

Helpful staff. Ease of use with the elevator. Easy to find seating.

Long time user of Ticketmaster and always happy with my booking and purchasing experiences, very easy and straight forward to use the app and add tickets to my phone. Unfortunately last nights weather in Wellington made the driving conditions extremely unsafe and we were forced to pull over, subsequently missing the event. I did have a little play around on the app to see what our options were for the tickets we were no longer able to use. I found it very straightforward to see what specific options I had (eg. resale/transfer) view my purchase information/receipt, check if the event was cancelled or rescheduled. The only thing I had a little trouble with was checking if we had the extra insurance for being unable to attend, I came to the conclusion that we mustn’t have after not seeing anything for it on the invoice. Would be great if that’s something they could add in to their invoices but regardless I would highly recommend Ticketmaster anyway.

Purchased tickets in row A but received an email prior to the game changing seats to row W. Phoned, messaged and emailed numerous times to advise Ticketmaster that this was unacceptable. Was incredibly disappointed that the best outcome offered was row Q with additional costs for seats that were worse than what I purchased.
The service from Ticketmaster was incredibly frustrating with poor communication eg:
1. Emails received advising to reply but messages to fan.support were blocked and not delivered.
2. Advised the issue could not be resolved over the phone so Ticketmaster advised they would send an email to start a query. No email received. And after messaging from the website being advised it could only be resolved over the phone.
3. After being on hold for 15mins, the support employee advised her dashboard was down and I would need to phone back and rejoin the queue. I advised that this was unacceptable and the employee arranged for Ticketmaster to immediately phone me back. I waited, but never received a phone call.
Overall, my experience with Ticketmaster was terrible. I would not recommend to anyone and I would be happy to never purchase from Ticketmaster again!

Great venue and an excellent show.
Tables are too close together and as the venue was not full could easily have been moved to allow better spacing and more importantly a better view for all.
And what is the point of offering and allowing a booking a specific seat at a table when on arrival its free for all at each table?
