The transferring of tickets was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! The amount of times that an authentication code has to be put in, before transferring EVERY ticket is RIDICULOUS!!! It took me nearly one hour to transfer three tickets because things weren't working correctly!!! This HAS TO IMPROVE!!! To begin with I couldn't even select tickets to transfer on my phone. Then when I could finally select trying to send via SMS wasn't working!! This was a VERY FRUSTRATING experience!! Then the people I transferred the tickets to couldn't add their ticket to their wallet!!

Great facilities

It is great going to the stadium on a cold day. Great views but difficult climb for older people. It was a great game and although I hate to say it, the Blues did deserve the win. Very proud of our Matatu team. Thanks for a great season team.

Ticket buying was fine, but the absence of real info about opening act and timings on the night was frustrating

Easy to choose seats and easy to use tickets. The event was well run and we had a load of fun.

Great comms, fabulous show, friendly staff.

Arrived 10mins late. We had front row seats for myself and 8 year old daughter who is neurodivergent, the usher said it was too busy to go to our seats and to sit (here) second row from the back until interval. We paid a higher price for those front seats. Extremely disappointed and ruined my daughter's night which ruined mine. Being late as a parent with a neurodivergent child, it takes alot of preparation beforehand and 10mins late was actually on time for us, as my child doesnt do well having to wait.

Bubble Spectacular sadly wasn't that spectacular. There was too much talking/conversation & not enough bubbles.
Telling children offf for gathering at the bottom of the stage jumping & catching bubbles well i was horrified to see him do that to children.
He blew a whistle at then like they were dogs.
The show was slow paced to much talking instead of getting on with it & engaging the audience.
The fact he had to beg the audience for applause speaks for itself.
I saw a better bubble show which was a small section of a circus performance early this year.
My son got bored lost interest & was asking how much longer after only 20 mins.
He had more fun with the overpriced bubble pistols than the show itself.
The besr part of the show ironically was a bigger bubble show to the music of little less conversation.
Just from my seat row alone.
Multiple people up & left early.
Very disappointing.
The promotional video is better than the event it really sell it but the show sadly doesnt live up to the hype.

Loved it, rushes all over!

We went along to the MOS last year and this years topped that one! The reality of being in a 'shed' like a 90's rave and the actual coat check nostalgia was awesome. Location was great. The only issue we had was how quickly it went from purchasing 2 drinks to 1, and when doing so, the drinks we then purchased all increased by $1. Some may not have realised but let's be honest this was a little naughty.

Would have been good to have had a gate suggestion to go in. Mt Smart has a LOT of steps.

Staff were friendly and parking easy. Better promotion of the triple header may have drawn crowds in earlier.

Great show for both adults and kids; a great time.

Why can't I use my Google wallet? It's unworkable to have to log in to Ticketmaster as we walk into the auditorium

The app was not loading when I tried to show my tickets to the event. It took several attempts and kept telling me I was logged out, but it seemed to be a system error as many others around me attending the same event had the same issue. The staff on-site were fantastic, it was simply an app issue.

I took my grandson, 7 years old. He wasn’t too excited to go but he throughly enjoyed himself. He knew all the characters and laughed all the way through the play. We also loved the music!
It was a great performance.

The sound mix was typically appalling - I could hardly hear singers' voices, let alone the lyrics, and the over-all sound was needlessly loud. No reflection on the performers - they are all talented, but without any connection to the lyrics it was hard to know quite what they were feeling passionate about.
A shame for the show to be spoiled by an incompetent sound tech!

Qued online for tickets.....got through to paying.... kept saying go back... after several attempts...no tickets left

Don't know what Ticketmaster does, but it is a difficult site and incredibly difficult to get seats .
The site shows seats available and usually VERY FEW, (except where you dont want to sit !!)
For example Doors 25,26 ,27 showed very limited seats available .
however, on the night of the 11 july X3 rows behind me in row E, door 27 were empty.
There were also many seats available throughout doors 25-26 (and not all in the top back rows !!)

My niece had the same experience with Ticketmaster when trying to find a seat for a symphony concert.
Very few seats available
I called NZSO ticketing and was told that there were many seats available and the concert was indeed far from sold out !!
We obtained her tx through the NZSO box office and NO problems
