Easy to get in and out. Better seats with better view and easier to get to this time around. Toilets need some work. Not the best.

Was disappointed we didn’t get lights for the light show. Don’t know where you accessed them but didn’t see anyone and weren’t approached. We asked a person near us what they were and they explained what they were, where they got them and showed us.

Our family had a wonderful experience, especially thanks to those who guided us through the event. Shout out to everyone involved behind the scenes in spark arena Auckland nz.

This was our first Disney adventure with my son, and he enjoyed every part from start to finish.

It would be good if there was a simple easy way to transfer tickets to a wallet please.
Otherwise all good.

I booked an event at the end of June and took the option for delivery of my ticket by postal delivery. The event takes place in two weeks and there is no sign of my ticket. I tried to login to my account and the Ticketmaster system just would not accept my input despite having changed the password three times to try and reset the system. Spent four hours online with back and forth emails but got no answer to my question about when I can expect to see my ticket in my post box. Turns out that postal delivery of tickets is no longer an option despite my purchase confirmation email telling me my ticket would be posted to me. The Ticketmaster account login would just not work for me and to prove that the fault was not with me, I created an account with TicketTec in a matter of 90 seconds without any issues. Customer service from Ticketmaster is atrocious and I will never use them again! Terrible company, poor responses, and they treated me like I was the idiot who could not login properly.

Venue good. Sadly mixing poor and couldn’t hear guitar in devilskin very well. Singer did so well to keep going

I placed my tickets into my Apple wallet. Saw the icon with the moving bar and advice to hold near reader. Turned up at door to find tickets could not be read. And there were a number of other patrons with the same problem. Which was why the queue to get in was moving very slowly.

Was directed to go back down 3 flights of stairs to the box office where they checked my ID and were able to print out hard copies and run back up the stairs with a bar code which did work. Just in time for my wife and I to be able to get in before the doors automatically closed which would have shut us out for the first part of the show.
Was told that if I downloaded the app and clicked on my tickets there they would come up there with the entry required barcode. Which I did at first interval and it worked on my screen. However when I moved these tickets to my apple wallet they became the same non reading circle with no bar code.

This was not good enough. It turned what should have been a pleasant 10 minutes of getting into seats, looking around the venue, reading the program and perhaps talking to neighbours into a rush and not getting into our seats until lights were dimming and orchestra was tuning up.
My wife and I are in our mid 70's so running up and down stairs is not high on our list of preferences.

Don't know if problem was at your end or theatre end. But it needs to be sorted. And if placing tickets into wallet isn't going to work your pre show email needs to make it very clear as to what steps need to be taken to avoid an entry door fiasco.

Website was simple and easy to navigate, would be a great enhancement to virtual view of the stage from the seats available for purchase

Great seats I’ll try to get these mobility seats again and no hassle buying them and getting in and out of the stadium. So impressed with my experience love Ticketmaster

It was very well organized for entering the venue. Our seats were great to watch the game, not to many que's for drinks etc and it was a very nice temperature

I'm a long time user of Ticketmaster and have never had any negative experiences of note.

I purchased tickets on a promotion
I was charged the wrong price I called and they said it was because there was none of the ones I wanted left.
I then saw more of the ones I wanted so there were some left. Ticketmaster refused to change them and refused a refund so I could purchase the correct ones

Wait time at the door was ridiculous. The queue wasn't moving at all, the staff at the gate were slow, lazy and rude.

I ended up purchasing four tickets and getting staff at Crusaders membership to sort out my issues. The four tickets were complimentary as I’m a Crusaders member. I find your website confusing and unnessisarily complicated.

Artist left many well known songs off his poorly chosen playlist.
