Amazing and very caring
I’ve just had a phone call with Zinc after being offered a settlement offer from the original debt I owed. I am on my journey to try and get my debts paid and this felt manageable to achieve this month. When I called up I was nervous as I’ve not had a great experience talking with debt management companies in the past. The lady who answered my call was so sweet and caring, I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name but she was patient and very kind making sure I was able to afford the payment today. After speaking with the lady she gave me great advice and I managed to pay the full debt and close my account which will show fully satisfied on my credit file, that was so nice to hear. I feel relieved and ready to tackle my next debt, I hope other companies are as kind as this lady was to me, it makes a huge difference. Management please find out who she was and get her some flowers! :) thanks again.

Very easy to deal with, a very nice lady advised me how to manage my account online as I work nights, managed to set up a plan in about 10 minutes, all sorted.

Read the reviews - block and ignore. This company have been calling me non-stop, leaving voicemails and emails regarding an “Octopus Credit amount due” when I regularly pay Octopus and my energy each month. Even though my dues were paid I am still being constantly harassed and sent threatening emails via this company? Read online that they are scammers and apparently Octopus have confirmed the same.

Called me for a £30 Vodafone payment I was never made aware I owed by call letter or email no contact what so ever.
Agent Spoke so so fast & asked so many abrupt personal questions that were excessive I refused to answer.
Frankly none of their business.
As she was ending the call she let out a huge grunt how attractive.

Absolutely disgraceful the way the zinc…
Absolutely disgraceful the way the zinc group literally stalk people and invalidate a person's GDPR protections.
I offered to pay the full amount owing and they started to ask me about my sexuality, history and health AFTER I agreed to pay the full amount owing due to me being transgender.
I was treated like an 'other' and the questions were extremely invasive.
