Took my Omega to the Watch Professional, Alex carried out the repair that neither a ‘specialist’ in Hatton Garden or the Omega store in London could do!

Excellent advice and service from Alex, I would not hesitate to use him again - highly recommended.

I really can’t recommend Alex enough. His service is amazing.. nothing is too much trouble. My 1999 Omega Seamaster has come back like new. Time keeping now is amazing. Kept fully updated. I really don’t know why anyone would pay Omega prices for a service when Alex is there cheaper with amazing results?!

I cannot recommend this company enough, great communication throughout service. My Ebel El Primero which was given to me by my father and was in safe hands, watch was serviced and bracelet polished. Watch looks fantastic and is ticking away nicely.I have now left my Tag Heuer to be serviced. He is based in Chelmsford Essex he also does online service.

My Omega watch which my wife bought for me 51 years ago which has great sentimental value to me finally stopped working and was resting in a drawer for around 2 years. We had tried several avenues to find someone to carry out a repair however most quotes came in at around £800 to £1000 depending on what was required. My wife did some research and found The Watch Professional Ltd who did a fantastic job from start to finish and returned my watch to me which now looks like new and going beautifully. Alex at The Watch Professional was outstanding throughout. The communications were very clear, keeping me informed and responding to questions quickly. Alex was extremely helpful with advice from start to finish. Serviced watch and refinished the case and bracelet (subtly; fresh but still with the correct aged appearance) on my 1958 Steel Oyster Date Precision and sourced a replacement watch crystal. Alex is a master of his trade and so professional. I’ve just collected my throughly serviced and polished Tag Heuer Aquaracer WAN2111 and it looks and runs like new! Great communication throughout and so highly recommended.

Sent Alex a vintage Pierce cal. 134 Chronograph which no one else that I tried would touch as it had missing/broken parts. Alex managed to sort these issues out and the watch is now working brilliantly. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex for your watch servicing issues.

I recently purchased a watch from a well known utuber that looked nice, was well finished, but the time keeping was aweful.

Repeated attempts to get the seller to respond failed so in desperation I consulted Alex. Fantastic service from start to finish and most important I felt he had my interests in mind when we discussed the action that needed to be taken. I am very happy with the result, better than I hoped and now well within expected performance for this movement.

I couldn’t recommend The Watch Professional more highly. From my first communication with Alex it was obvious that he is a knowledgable and diligent professional. The watch in question was a Rolex which my late husband left to my son. Hence, as it seems many customers of Alex’s are, it was of huge sentimental value.
