Service and quality was second to none

Great service to my Jaquet Droz
My watch Jaquet Droz was serviced direct with the factory . It came working perfectly. It took some time to get ready m, more thank 6 months but usually that what it happen with some watches that hasn’t to be sent abroad with the original factory . Service was what I was told and arrived in perfect condition. Trustable service , serious company . Highly recommend

I recently had several watches serviced and the experience was excellent. The entire process was smooth, professional, and handled with great care. When the watches came back, they genuinely looked and felt like new again. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and the turnaround time was great. Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Great communication from start to finish, seamless shipping and delivery of watc once finished. Under 4 weeks for a full service and mainspring repair, while maintaining patina and original parts (dial, hands, bezel insert etc). 10/10. Will be using for future service needs for my collection.

Total bait and switch
When I reached out about preparing my Rolex they were very communicative and got the process going immediately, from the moment I shipped it it’s been near radio silence and getting answers on the status of my watch is nearly impossible with vague answers. This seems to be a true scam.

As collectors, our goal is to preserve the original components and integrity of every timepiece, which requires careful attention and expertise at each stage your watch is in. While your watch is currently at the watchmaker's bench, the most extensive and detailed stage of the process, progress may not always be visible day-to-day, as this phase involves detailed inspection, adjustments, and repair to ensure your watch performs flawlessly for years to come.
We aim to complete all services within our average timeline of 5-8 weeks, while ensuring the watchmakers have the time needed to maintain the highest standards of care and quality. Your watch is within 6 weeks of service at this moment, and approaching the final phase, quality control - a series of rigorous tests to ensure it is performing to factory, as well as our high standards. Once completed, it will be returned to you in optimal condition.
We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to provide additional context or updates as needed.

A perfect vintage watch repair experience from start to finish! Repairs were effected in a very timely manner at a very reasonable price with superb attention to detail and craftmanship! Wonderful customer service support ensuring that all aspects of the repair process including pick up and return shipping, repair status, technical information and advice regarding repair procedures and options were quickly communicated to me by a very professional, friendly, courteous and technically well versed staff with special thanks to Brittney and Greg for their efforts!
