I feel cheated out of a Rolex and additional monies for the repair

I have been chasing the return of my wife's rolex watch sent to them in May 25. I have received many emails about the watch and after nearly a year they have just told me they are waiting on parts when back in December I visited their officies and was told I would see it back before Christmas.
I have to say the number of excuses I have received go beyond a joke. The former company did go into administration and the new company have taken on the backlog of the prior owners. I will hopefully see the watch back in our safe hands in the coming weeks and if not legal compensation will be sought.
there is nothing Luxury about the service you get from them.
All I want back is the watch I bought for my wife as a 30th Birthday present not a Divorce for sending it to them as I thought I was doing the right thing !!!
Please ,please please retrun the watch as soon as possible repaired and serviced. Its not a lot to answer after paying upfront for the repair.

This is the worst company I have dealt…

This is the worst company I have dealt with in all my years you cannot trust them do not trust them with your watch they had my watch for 5 months never did the service would not return it till I agreed not to come after them for the £ 510 charge they held the watch to ransom in other words charged for a service that was not done

Appalling service

I sent my watch for a service paid up front on 23rd October 2025. It's now 5th April 2026 and I still haven't received it back. I enquired in February as to progress and they claimed it was 30th November when it was started, meaning it sat for a month before anyone looked at it.That was the only reply to more than 4 emails. Their phone has a recorded message and emails are not responded to.
Not the kind of service you expect from a luxury watch repairer.

I cannot in good faith, recommend this business.

Company is in administration

Company is in administration. Do not use them. After 3 months and many emails to the solicitors managing the administration I finally had the watch returned. No idea if they have even fixed it I suppose time will tell. They should not be taking work on. Save yourself the hassle and use a reputable company.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. Last August I sent them my watch and £550 payment for a service and new battery. I spent months chasing them for a date of return; when they did respond they were generally unhelpful and at times belligerent. They are currently in administration and if other reviews are correct this is a regular occurrence. Fortunately the Administrators were helpful and I received my watch back, over 6 months later, unrepaired, and £550 out of pocket. Do not trust this company.

It is -0 Stars. I left my Omega Mark 2 for a full service and paid in advance £1.090,00. They had my watch for eighteen months and nothing done. They told after some pressure that the watch had been outsourced to somewhere else. I started to get sick of worries and wandering if I ever would see my watch again as they kept lying and winding me up all this time . After many calls and visits to Hatton Gardens branch I managed to retrieve the watch, no work done, and with a case back from another watch. I claimed a refund just to being told the company is under administration. The administration company informed me I won’t be refunded.
I’ve been robbed and they are getting away with it!

Only 1 star as can’t give a zero

Only 1 star as can’t give a zero! Absolute sham of a company who steal money and hold on to watches for months. Don’t fall for the good reviews, they are most likely written by the company themselves! Do your research. Try to contact them by phone or email and you will soon see, check them out with companies house and their administrators, Pricewaterhouse. After holding on to watches for the best part of a year whilst the company went through administration and taking nearly £600 for work never completed, we finally got them returned but unfortunately fell for the slick website and reviews, didn’t pay by credit card and are now almost £600 out of pocket and been through months of stress and frustration and wasted hour upon hour on phone calls and emails to get our property back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Shame the lowest I could go was 1 star. Without doubt the worst company i've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Telephone is off as soon as they open. Communication is abysmal. I looked on Google maps street view to see the shops either side of them and rang both of them to see if Luxury Watch Repairs were actually still operating as I was concerned that they had closed. They knew I was in a rush because of an impending holiday . The pressure test was completed on the 9th Feb and yet was not sent back until the 12th. When I sent it in their secure package it was held at Mount Pleasant for 5 days before they bothered to collect it and then blamed it on the post office so took 2 weeks in all. Absolutely disgusting. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Send your watches anywhere else instead. Cannot stress enough the appalling service of this firm. If you don't believe this review read the others.

Had my watch serviced and a new main…

Had my watch serviced and a new main spring fitted at the cost of £612. Upon return the watch loses time and only runs for 3 to 4 hrs when taken off . It ran all night prior to service
I have tried to contact the company as they said a three year guarantee came with service .
They have not responded after many emails and only get an answer machine when I phone
I do not recommend them at all

I sent my Rolex watch to this company…

I sent my Rolex watch to this company in March 2025 for a service. I paid £760 upfront for a service and refurbishment. I became increasingly concerned about the time they had my watch and I had had no updates that were promised when I first sent it. I tried to contact them several times to no avail. Eventually 6 months later my watch arrived back to me in an Omega box ! At first my watch appeared to work then over time wouldn’t keep the time even on a watch minder when I wasn’t wearing it. On most occasions I can’t even get it to start working. I have sent 3 emails to the company none of which have been replied to. The number of excuses they give to not answering their phone are unbelievable from electricity outages to unforeseen circumstances. I just wish I had sent my watch to Rolex and not this company. Looking at other reviews I am only pleased I have got my watch back despite the fact it isn’t working. As I paid for the service on my credit card I am looking at a section 75 claim from my credit card provider for the amount I paid for the service. My only concern is that these guys are not as genuine as they claim and may have done more damage than good to my watch. My word of advice to anyone thinking of sending an expensive watch to them don’t !!

Sent my Dads old Omega Seamaster watch…

Sent my Dads old Omega Seamaster watch for to them to estimate the cost of repair. In fairness the quotation came through fairly quickly and before giving them the go ahead to repair I asked for them to give me an estimate of the the value once repaired
It took several weeks but they responded that they were unable to quote a valuation after repair.
Given this I decided not to proceed with the repair and asked them to return my watch. I paid the return fee and for weeks and weeks I got either no communication or excuses .
Finally I threatened to report them for Fraud and shortly after my watch was returned
When it arrived the back covering the workings of the watch was loose in the package and had not been screwed back into place. I contacted them regarding this and of course no response
I have no idea what these people are up to or how they can even stay in business the way they treat their customers but Trading Standards should investigate them. Appalling behaviour

16 Months Later – No Watch, No Refund, No Communication

I sent my watch to Luxury Watch Repairs over 16 months ago and paid in advance for restoration. Since then, I’ve had nothing but silence and broken promises.
• In May 2025, I was told the “restoration team” would provide an update. That update never came.
• I’ve chased repeatedly by email (August, September, and again now in late September 2025). Still no response.
• My simple questions remain unanswered: Do you still have my watch? Will I ever get it back? If you can’t fix it, why not just return it with my advance payment?

The lack of communication is appalling. The only reply I’ve had in the last year was vague and led nowhere. Since then – nothing.

At this stage, I am left feeling like my watch (and my money) may simply have disappeared into a black hole.

Luxury Watch Repairs might look professional on the surface, but my personal experience has been unacceptable: long delays, broken promises, and total silence when I’ve asked for updates.

If you value your watch, think very carefully before trusting it to this company.

Worst company I have ever encountered

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with for any service. Have had my watch for virtually 12 months now, never get through on the phone despite calling within their opening hours as stated on their recorded message. Chat facility never works, no one replies to emails even the MD. Spent hours and hours and hours trying to call, email etc for updates, every few months get a reply with o real progress or end date. Still trying to get my Breitling back. Date of experience says 9th Sept 2024 as that when it started but still going on now. Next step now is legal action

Still awaiting my Rolex 5 months later

I sent my Rolex at the beginning of March and paid for its service. Was quoted approximately 3-4 months. Website said you get regular updates - I’ve heard nothing despite several emails - they don’t answer the telephone. Am now worried I may not get my watch back. It sure what to do next.

Watch sent in 12 months ago, I have been contacting on a monthly basis and getting the story of backlog and then having to sent it to omega in Switzerland. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No communication, no action, no trust. I have requested and full refund and my watch back with no response.

Rolex Watch

The company had my Rolex watch and money. They promised a progress report. That didn’t happen.
They did respond to emails I sent them. I was concerned it was a scam. However when my watch was returned after six months it looks as good as new!
Not sure why the time span was so long but very relieved to get the watch back and really happy with its
appearance.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, you won't see your watch for months and months you will think you have lost it, the parts list and expense will grow, they ignore emails, my tag just needed regulating, then needed all kind of parts, when I got my fully serviced watch back it stopped working after 2 years, when asked they had no interest on letting me no what is wrong with it , just another £400++ bill.
They give no reason or explanation just more expensive repairs???
