The games I have played with family and friends are fun, simple but challenging and well made. My parents in their 90’s are enjoying them and it keeps them active after having strokes. There was a computer mix-up and their staff did a great job of resolving it. They even let me keep an extra game that arrived to give to a local charity for Christmas. The games can also be modified easily if needed so all can play. Looking forward to receiving my other games and playing them this winter with family and friends! Will be shopping here in the future! 🥰❤️

Am anxious to play with my granddaughter. Thought we had a delivery issue. Follow up from Uzzle was fantastic and thorough and problem solved. I could not be more pleased with customer service

Forced me to take a “free” trial. I did not ask for it, then they charged me $33 for it. I did not ask for it or want it; it just was shipped out. Now I have to ship it back or end up paying $33 for it. It’s very predatory and is basically a scam.

We love the uzzle game. It is great to be able to play a fun and challenging game that is good for kids and adults as well❣️
We apparently were enrolled in some kind of recurring subscription that would automatically send us a new game or two every month that we did not realize we were enrolled in.
So we are very surprised when it suddenly said that our games were on the way. I contacted them immediately and they canceled my order and canceled my subscription as I had asked them to. So I am very happy with them now.

The kids did not enjoy the game and only played once. Additionally, the very inexpensive game they added at the end was a "trial," and I was just charged another $32.52 and they will not take the unopened game back. VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

Ordered the Uzzle game with free Blockwork game. I understood that you would be enrolled in a subscription service for the Blockwork game if not cancelled within 30 days. I cancelled the subscription and then was informed by email that I would be charged for the Blockwork game. This is a bait and switch offer and it is not clearly stated in the ad. Beware!

We genuinely love The Uzzle! It’s such a fun game that we even wanted to bring some to Europe to share with our family.

We had some complications with our order and delivery, but I was extremely impressed with how Bernadette and the Uzzle team handled everything. Communication was kind, understanding and fair, and they went above and beyond to find a solution I honestly didn’t expect.

Great game and, just as importantly, excellent customer service. Thank you for turning a complicated situation into such a positive experience! ❤️

I was also scammed by the hidden subscription for this company. There is no way to cancel your subscription as the request for a "magic login link" to your email never appears. I guess that's what makes it magical. They magically make your money disappear. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the Uzzle game for my grandsons. It came with another game that said 'free' on the invoice. Then I got a notice that the 30 day trial was ending and I would be charged for the 2nd game. I replied to them that I did not want the 2nd game and in fact, my grandsons did not like the Uzzle game and I would like to return it for refund. (Their website said to contact them for returns). They did not respond and charged my credit card for the 2nd game. I contacted them two more times to contact me about refund instructions but I have not been contacted.

We ordered two sets of Uzzle which is a very fun game. We also received a 30 day free trial of another game. When we recieved the 3rd game it was confusing that it was an actual game, not an online game. Two months later we get charged for two more games. I think it is a little misleading the way that everything was written up. However, an email to customer service resolved the issue.

Many fun and entertaining games. I don’t have enough money for them all right now, but I’ve got a few. 😉

Knowing that a real person read my letter. Let's get back to humans talking to humans. The computers and robots has NO HEART, NO FEELINGS. I was impressed with the response, the response time and the curtursy of my representive. What a difference it made. Thank you for going out of way to make things right. Your company should be proud. This company has amazing customer service!! Plus me and my 5 children love our Uzzle and the Uzzle blockwork. My children said, " Blockwork is there favorite 😍

What was originally thought to be a one time price of 30 for the game turned out to be another 30 for the subscription cost. They have hidden the subscription and what you thought was a one time fee is actually not. Extremely difficult to cancel subscription because no where on their website can you find the “login” page and the email posted for support to cancel does not work and your email bounce back.

Simple, fun game. My husband and I play it on the coffee table in the evenings. My toddler likes to stack the pieces and match colors.

I had an issue with my order, which involved a subscription to further games. I received a prompt, courteous reply which was resolved to my satisfaction. I have a very positive regard for this company!

I, like others felt I was scammed by ordering a puzzle that included a “gift” which was actually a subscription and. there is nowhere on their site to cancel the subscription or even return the games because I was so upset due to no response to several attempts to contact them . Next step is a BB complaint!

Our friends had great fun playing Uzzle! I joined in to play and was unable to complete my puzzle. The 13 year old in the group noticed I didn’t have the full set of pieces!
I contacted customer service to inquire about purchase of the missing pieces. I received a reply within minutes telling me I need not buy anything and a new game was on the way. A pleasant surprise and very appreciated. I look forward to receiving and playing again. Thank you to Bernadette and the Uzzle Team. I am delighted and give Five Stars
