Perfect! I have found a new reliable tackle/bait supplier. Thank you Tackle Tavern, easy to navigate website, shipped my order when they were supposed to, communicated well. All of these things that TackleUK were unable to do.

Ordered a prologue avenger ss medium cradle paid for next day delivery and sure enough was delivered on time. However there was a defect in the manufacture which I reported to tackle tavern support line with photos (was after 5pm so shut) but by 9am the next morning they had not only responded but initiated a courier to deliver a replacement which got to me within 24 hours - very impressed. Cannot fault their after sales customer service!

Tackle tavern give you a member discount code and it never works. Even on items that are not on sale

Absolutely AVOID without a shadow of a doubt - 2 months down the line still no goods and no response from emails for over a month - 1st and last order from this site - if you decide to order do so

First time using Tackle Tavern and I must say they were spot on! Great customer service and a well stocked shop. Nothing was to much trouble and the lads went above and beyond! Definitely will be back, keep up the good work lads 👍🏻

Order sonik rods but came broken email them waited over 2 weeks for them no sorry. So I phoned sonic direct and they send new rods out next day. Shame I thought tackle tavern was a good company but they aren't I spend my money else were fron know on

I bought the fox international transporter off Tackle Tavern, after 3 uses the tyre got a puncture, I spoke to talke tavern and sent some pictures for proof and after a few days I recieved a new tyre free of charge through the post, the customer service was excellent and they made it easy for me.

Tackle Tavern also have good financing options making it easy to digest a big purchase. And they have fast delivery and an easy to navigate website, will be using them again!

Broke my Sonik xtractors 2 days before a planned fishing trip found them and the matching reels at tackle tavern for an incredible price compared to other stores and it arrived the next morning exactly when I needed them! Thank you!

Delivered quickly, in stock levels are good, great choice of stock and all at brilliant and affordable prices! Made many orders and happy with them all, customer service is also friendly and helpful.

Placed an order on the 22nd December. I received an email from Royal Mail to say they were expecting the item from Tackle Tavern but that's as far as it got. 16 working days later I contacted them and was told the item had been lost and was now out of stock - fair enough, it happens. I was informed they would be back in stock in a few days and I'd then be sent another if I wanted to wait. As this was a limited edition item, I chose to wait, a few extra days wasn't a problem. It's now more than a month after I placed my order and I have had no contact from Tackle Tavern. I've had to chase them yet again to be told they cannot get the item anymore. They've had my money for over a month and I've missed out on a limited edition item because of their absolute absence of communication or effott to try and resolve this. No offer of any compensation either.

made very poor would not even recommend a bivvy peg on them don't buy these brollys they are seriously weak and not sturdy buy a titan or fox.

Experience so far, a whole rigmarole sorted out, expecting delivery on Thursday.
I will elaborate on the outcome, to say whether my confidence is justified Cameron.

Having read the reviews here before I placed my order I was weiry dealing with them, but I think a lot of these negative reviews relate to their second hand gear sales and I was purchasing a brand new item, so I went ahead and placed my order.
My experience with them is 100% positive, I got updated as my order progressed, I received shipping details and updates, I got emailed if everything was ok with my order and I also got emailed to review my experience shopping with them. My order arrived quickly and was in perfect brand new condition and I was kept informed by them, so I would definitely use them again. I can't comment on how their customer service is if I had a problem, but the same goes for 99% of my other online purchases.

Received a carp shelter and one of the poles was broke, tried to contact customer service and they initially responded saying they would help but when I wrote back after that they just started to ignore me and wouldn't replace the broken item.

Placed my first order from Tackle Tavern for a JRC fishing chair. (Early morning) Advertised free next day delivery due to order being over £30.
Paid additional £4.95 for guaranteed next day delivery.
No chair arrived.
Message from DHL confirming collection on the 4th Sept and expected delivery on the 6th.
Couldn't get any reply from Tackle Tavern main office (e.mail) and shop wouldn't help either. Had to change my planned fishing trip due to no arrival of chair. Don't think I'll be using them again.
I've requested a refund of my priority delivery cost - watch this space!!
