Well what can I say , all I can say is a massive thankyou to nick and the guys at tackle tavern who always go above and beyond to help you out and yes don’t get me wrong some things do take time but it doesn’t stop the team from making sure you are informed and updated constantly these are a top notch team and would highly recommend to anyone who wants fishing gear , so people if you want fishing gear and want a team that will always put your needs and musts first this is definitely the tackle shop and team to do so

I purchased a new bait boat from the Tackle Tavern on 29th April - It arrived a few days later, however the boat was not in correct order, no guards for the propellors and no way of charging the boat . I informed tackle tavern via email as they have no means of dealing with their customers over the phone, which i find bemusing in 2026..... They eventually responded via email, and siad they would get a new boat delivered and the incomplete one would be returned at the same time. In the mean time i missed a weekends fishing with the use of a bait boat . DHL were meant to deliver on 8th May . But no one attended our house. Then they were meant to deliver it today 13th May , but to my surprise now it cant be delivered. And in all this time not one call from the tackle tavern , with slow responses via email . I emailed the company [as they wont take a call for this.....] at 10.21am and as of 3.20pm nothing from Tackle Tavern . Absolute shambles.

I always have an excellent experience with Tackle tavern.
It may not always go right, but an e mail and a phone call, everything is sorted, before the issue develops.
The team bend over backwards to make everything work, always good products Inc. Pre loved, and a confidence that any issue will be dissolved, in a timely manner.

Had an issue with a product that needed a new part which was sent to me but in the end the product needed to go back to manufacture, tackle tavern have sorted it all out for me, a shoutout to Nick and Matty for their help with it all, and their great communication with me. Things sometimes happen but what’s important is how things are handled- it’s all about the customer service you receive from a retailer if a problem arises and they have been amazing! Cannot fault them at all… thanks again.

Joke of a company,bought a fox chair off them and its gone faulty fox told me to contact th so they can arrange the chair to go back to fox for inspection,and they haven't replied to 4 emails ive sent asking if they've done it yet,customer service non existent dont buy from these people,ill be reporting to trading standards for selling faulty and dangerous goods.

What a brilliant service. Ordered a predator Rage Aerator pump just before 1 pm on the Thursday. Arrived as promised at 11am Friday next day delivery extremely well packaged. Pleased as it was a present and many items from other tackle shops arrive with the packaging all beaten up which spoils the look of the present. No chance with this ...soooo well packaged. Thank you will be back for more tackle. Excellent service

The Support team at Tackle Tavern are Absolutely amazing I had an issue with one of the products that I bought from tackle Tavern but this was quickly resolved with a couple of emails back-and-forth and my replacement was sent out straight away

I recently traded in a set of Fox Horizon X3 rods for the new X4-S models, and the service from the team was top-notch.
Since I didn’t have rod tubes to post my old gear, they were happy to let me purchase the new rods first so I could use the packaging to send my part-exchange back. It made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free.
