Horrible experience, do not buy...
Horrible, have an ongoing case for negligence from them when their contractor causes a leak in my house totaling over 2000 pounds in damages. Been nearly 6 months since I contacted them, going through ombudsman now, if you value home insurance do not take a policy with these people.

Whilst we refer claims handling to insurers, nonetheless, as the administrators of your policy, that concerns us and we are keen to support you during a distressing experience.
However, none of our records match the names you have used in this review, despite us searching extensively so that we could contact you; we really need to talk to you directly. We’ve reached out via Trustpilot to ask you for more information, but have not received a response.
If you’re willing, please contact our Complaints Manager directly with your policy details so we can make enquiries with your insurer on your behalf and provide support during this difficult period.

Tom made the process easy, and provided in depth relevant information that helped me understand what was included in my new policy. I would 100% recommend Source Insurance and a big thanks to Tom for his support. Thomas immediately put me at my ease in sorting landlord building insurance for a property following a period without insurance. The previous provider had ceased to offer this product. He worked through the questions politely and efficiently. Throughout the process I was reassured by him.
