Very happy for help when ordering my quilt kit. Thankyou for the substitution when you ran out of the one I ordered and including the note with the shipment.
Was excited to find this company, placed an order but weeks and then months went by with nothing to show for the deposit I’d made. Finally decided I might as well cancel the order and request a refund... Mehr ansehen

Did not get what I ghought I ordered
I thought I ordered 1 yard of fabric and all I got was a fat quarter which was over 14.00 dollars. Way to expensive.

Hello Carolyn
Please contact us directly, we would be happy to discuss your purchase.
On a quick response to your comment today please note, we do not offer 1/4 yard sales of fabrics. All fabrics are offered in 1/2 yard increments,
The Clothworks fabric you purchased converts to $7 USD a half yard.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you
All the best,

When I ordered material
When I ordered material, 1 of my purchases was listed as having 2 yds left. Next day email received saying no stock. I would not have placed an order for 1 item with shipping cost being $15.

Hello Karen,
I sure wish you would have returned my many emails and contact attempts.
But I've heard nothing in response. I can't solve the problem about fabric being sold out, if no one returns my communication attempts.
I've refunded your order.
All the best Karen,
Thanks
