Was excited to find this company, placed an order but weeks and then months went by with nothing to show for the deposit I’d made. Finally decided I might as well cancel the order and request a refund. Was directed to the huge write up on their website about no refunds… guess what the credit card companies believe otherwise! If you’ve placed an order with this company and have nothing to show for your payment, dispute it through your bank or credit card company! I suspect this company over sells what they can produce, orders go unfilled and people think they are just out of luck because of their no refund policy. It might even be a big part of The Quilted Boutiques business model, shop with caution and low expectations.

Your purchase was for Love Letters, a pre-order Block of the Month quilting program, not an in-stock product available for immediate shipment.
Block of the Month programs are a specialized part of the quilting industry. They involve substantial fabric commitments, advance planning, preparation, and materials allocated specifically to participating customers.
Our program conditions, including our cancellation and deposit policies, are disclosed before purchase. You agreed to those terms before purchase.
When the program experienced delays, an alternative was offered to you to receive the complete quilt kit rather than shipping monthly program, you refused that offer.
We recognize that delays can be disappointing, and we respect every customer's right to share their experience.
However, we strongly reject the suggestion that The Quilted Boutique deliberately accepts orders it does not intend to fulfill, or that retaining deposits from unfulfilled orders is part of our business model.
These suggestions are unsupported and do not reflect the way our business operates.
The Quilted Boutique is a dedicated quilting retailer, committed to sourcing quality fabrics, developing beautiful quilting programs, and providing customers with a personalized boutique experience.

Your order, containing nine items, was shipped via UPS under tracking number 1ZV56D262025122391. The shipment is fully documented, and delivery can be independently verified through UPS.
We take our responsibilities to our customers seriously and expect the same level of accuracy and fairness when customers publish reviews about our business.
A public claim of non-delivery is a serious allegation, particularly when shipping and delivery records establish otherwise. Such statements can unfairly damage the reputation of a small Canadian business that works diligently to fulfill its customer commitments.

We’re sorry you were disappointed by the additional costs associated with your order.
When your purchase was made approximately two months ago, our policy was that U.S. customers were responsible for any tariffs or duties assessed on their shipment. Since then, we have changed our policy and now cover those tariff costs for our U.S. customers.
The new policy was introduced after your order was completed and unfortunately cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
We understand how frustrating unexpected import costs can be, and the change was made specifically to create a better and more predictable shopping experience for our U.S. customers.

I ordered a Block of the Month kit. At checkout there wasn't the option to order the entire kit all at once. So I just left a short little note explaining what I was after, within the hour, I had an answer and was processed promptly! I was shocked because it was after 8 pm MST.
