Very happy for help when ordering my quilt kit. Thankyou for the substitution when you ran out of the one I ordered and including the note with the shipment.
Was excited to find this company, placed an order but weeks and then months went by with nothing to show for the deposit I’d made. Finally decided I might as well cancel the order and request a refund... Mehr ansehen

Thank you 👋 😊
Delightful!
She held my hand picking out the fabric. The website said "ask your question and they will answer in 2 minutes." I asked my question on a late Saturday afternoon not expecting an answer...but she did! She was delightful!

Digital copies are not legitimate
I was sold a digital copy that was not in order or complete. I suspect it is not a legitimate copy from the publisher and you refused to give me my money back ….. you took days trying to fix it and did a crap job and your customer service is beyond atrocious!!!

Beautiful French Roses fabric
I was searching for a fabric (French roses) that was or is being discontinued. I found it searching online and went to order what I thought was going to be only be a half yard which I would take because I needed it in hopes of finding more. The owner of the shop reached out to me the following day and said that their inventory was off, which I was able to order more of the fabric I need to finish the quilt. I was very excited to get that email and happy that the quilt will come out just how I planned it ! :). No more searching, yay!
Customer Service was perfect in every way adding the extra fabric to my order without any extra shipping cost.
Thank you very very much for all that you do, so glad to have discovered The Quilt Boutique shop in Canada
Sincerely, Carolyn from Southern California, USA
