Excellent delivery guys.

The ordering process for our new outdoor furniture was straightforward, and the staff were very helpful. Delivery was on time, and the items arrived in good condition. The two delivery set it all up properly and were very pleasant. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience.

Staff in the store are so pleasant and friendly, really helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were super, very friendly, punctual and pleasant. Highly recommend a visit to the orchard - they have a huge selection of garden furniture to suit all styles.

The guys at orchard are really knowledgeable and they helped us pick the best plants. Zoe was especially helpful to us, from guiding us with the right plant to selecting the ones which would be helpful to our garden. The delivery guys were absolutely fantastic as well. They got the plants properly and moved all of them to the rear garden. Will be coming back here for more plants. Most employees here are best at what they do. Cheers for the plants.

Services provided by the Orchard were great from start to finish but the delivery guys were excellent. Continuous updates were provided online regarding specific delivery time. Both guys were friendly, professional and assembled the furniture without delay. Pleasure to deal with.

great delivery- the lads were very friendly, called before arriving, took care when bringing in my sofa and carrying it through the house unlike other companies I’ve dealt with.

gate was chained up with a garda sign on it saying not to enter. it's only 6pm, looks like it's shut down now.

I am a long term regular customer of the orchard … love it ! Staff all lovely and love the cafe but was there today and the place was freezing ! Everyone in cafe wearing coats … inside the air con was on ?!!!!! It was 3 degrees outside so surely better to have heating on !!!! A member of staff actually told me they were freezing too working there all day ! So please to encourage people to stay longer and for the sake of your staff turn on the heating for winter please 🙏!!!!

On June 24th 2024. I purchased a Ninja pro connect XL. In the Orchard Celbridge. I used it twice. And had trouble with the unit switching off all the time. So I decided to return it as it is under warranty. I got to the shop was told I needed to speak to the manager. She arrived and asked what was wrong. I explained to her what the problem was . She looked at the product and said she was not taking it back because it was not in its original packaging. I said I have it a little over three months. Why would I keep the packaging. She told me it was the law. I was shocked. She then said they had sold hundreds of these units and had no complaints. She said I was shouting at her. I said I have not raised my voice. She then said the receipt states goods must be in their original packaging. I said surely that would be the case if the goods were never used and could be resold. I pointed out again the unit was faulty and was not fit for the purpose for which it was bought. She again said it was written in the law. She got very close to me and was waving her hand in my face. I asked her to stop waving her hand in my face. She replied I was doing the same to her. Which was not the case. She then said she would send the unit back to ninja and have it looked at. I asked her for something in writing stating what she was about to do. She told me no. I had a receipt. And I pointed out a receipt with no goods is of no use to me. You are taking my property and sending it off to another company. I want something in writing. She just kept repeating herself. And then she turned to my husband and said look I will deal with you. I am not dealing with her and dismissed me with a wave of her hand. My husband tried to explain he was recovering from a stroke. He lost his speech and was learning to talk again. I interrupted her and said I bought the ninja and paid for it with my card. So I am the customer not my husband. She then went off came back a few mins later and asked for my name, phone number and email address. And said she will contact me on Monday afternoon. A call I am not looking forward to. I found her rude and totally dismissive. Customer service is non existent when dealing with this manager. I strongly advise the managing director Gerry Dooley. To take heed of his customers reviews. And maybe review his managers customer service skills.

Most business who are selling are familiar with customer service, it’s in the name
. The Orchard are the exact opposite, one star is too much to give them.
The shop is upmarket selling expensive high end products , but the service is dreadful.
The head of the sales department makes
“ mean Girls “look like angles. If something goes wrong they are out to make all transactions as difficult as possible. The time and energy spent to try and not solve a situation and give you a stressful experience is remarkable.
The Lamp was delivered broken I bought it online. We asked for a replacement , the lamp was in stock , and it too 4 weeks to get the replacement out of storage, refused to collect the broken lamp, refused to refund , blocked my emails.
Did not reply to my emails , trampled all over my consumer rights , and made a simple situation as difficult as possible. It was a nightmare.
So read the reviews , and the sales manager and the rest of the staff look up the meaning of customer service . and consumer rights, and get some manners, and do your job.
Don’t shop at the Orchard…. Ever

Fabulous customer service we bought a Webber barbaque in 2021 and got the wrong cover only went to use cover in 2024 to find wrong we went to orchard with the original receipt not totally expecting it to be changed with the 3 year gap but were met with total positivity from first young guy who brought us over to Ciara who sorted it out in 3 mins 10 out of 10 here
