Great service from the staff in the Orchard. All very helpful and great communication all the way from the shop to our delivery (which came earlier than expected thankfully!). Sean and Elvis were here on time, very pleasant, efficient and assembled everything in minutes.

Joanne in the garden centre was great to deal with, delivery was much sooner than expected and Sean and his colleague were super pleasant and had the new garden items assembled in super quick time.

Great service in store helping us find a garden set we like and that fits. No pushing for the most expensive set, but great information and customer support. Got delivered earlier than expected. They came to set it all up and took rubbish away. Great service all around.

Good experience, ordered through the website. Delivery was good, they send a slot and verified that be at home. I did have to follow up on my order as not dispatched in the time frame listed.

I was directed to this site when I asked staff how to give feedback. I enjoy browsing in The Orchard and the plants are very good quality. My experience is genuinely spoiled however by the quantity of screens at high volume advertising items. This has been a problem for me for a long time but today it became unbearable. I stood in the centre of the shop and had five screens blaring ads all around me. I walked to the next section to escape this and there were more , plus a BBQ video playing.
Pair this with the store music and it's almost impossible to explain how distressing this is to anyone with sensory needs. I see shopping in the Orchard as a treat. I don't know why you pair high end items with such a cheapened, uncomfortable experience.

Fast assembly, nice staff.

I purchased a 4 seater sofa with The Orchard and from the time of opening the order to the delivery day was an absolute stress free experience. There was frequent email communication from the Orchard updating me with the current status of the order and once ready, allowing me to choose a delivery date and time that suited me. I have to give a special mention to the guys who delivered and set up the sofa (apologies, I didn't get names). They were really helpful and friendly. The Orchard handle their own deliverIies apparently and it was evident to me that the delivery guys were proud to work with The Orchard and reflected the overall ethos of the company.
