This company was fantastic to deal with. Their customer service was helpful, they answered queries and rang you back when they said they would which is a rarity! They even followed up with emails so there was no risk of mis communication. Very professional. A special shout out to Keely who went far and beyond the call of duty. If an item is purchased from The Orchard garden centre be prepared for a very very poor customer service should a fault arise as they clearly do not take customer service seriously.

If I could rate 100 stars I would. Sean and Elvis were incredible. We had an extremely tight space, Sean and Elvis so quickly thought of multiple different options and possible turns of the sofa to find the best solution. I can’t describe how unbelievably friendly, efficient, quick thinking and proactive they were. Within such a short time they found the best solution and the sofa and chair were unpacked. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for Sean and Elvis, I’ve never had customer service like it. Knowing there is service like Sean and Elvis. I’ll be ordering again and recommending the Orchard to everyone.

Great selection of products from plants to furniture and all of a very high quality. Really helpful staff especially the lady in the garden furniture. Prompt delivery by two very cheerful guys who seem to enjoy their job. Took all the packaging away and left everything set up. Would recommend!

Accommodated a change request in delivery and then arrived on time with the furniture as advertised and described. Lads were very helpful, would recommend without hesitation.

Fast and efficient delivery and setup of our garden furniture. Tidied up afterwards. Great service.

I bought garden furniture at Orchard in Celbridge today and it was a really positive experience. Their staff member Keely was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she phoned me afterwards to make sure the payment link issue was sorted. Conor was really helpful on the phone and they both followed up to make sure I was happy. This was pleasant friendly and professional customer service. I will be back.

Garden set from The Orchard, ordered on Sunday, arrived today. The lady on Sunday was very helpful. Delivery guys, Elvis and Peter were very friendly, efficient and punctual. Would highly recommend.

Elvis and Peter arrived on time, were really helpful and went the extra mile when installing my furniture. Great service by the guys.

Just left the Orchard , I was looking for something quiet specific and needed help finding it , I was helped by Rhoda and honestly I can’t remember when someone was as kind and helpful as she was ! I was with her for about twenty minutes, she was in and out to the stockroom and didn’t give up until I had the perfect gift I wanted for a little boy ! Well done Rhoda , the Orchard are lucky to have you !!!
