Fantastic staff
Fantastic staff in store, Denise and Ciara were both fantastic to deal with. Great
Communication and so helpful. The delivery men were brilliant, they helped me unbox the order and took the cardboard away etc. the orchard itself is a gorgeous shop and cafe. Worth the little drive from Dublin to check it out.

Orchard Garden Centre
They set a time frame and turned up promptly. Not delivered but assembled and took all the cardboard with them. They worked quickly and efficiently. The men were friendly and helpful.

A great professional service. Every one of the team was so helpful. Ciara who took my order, Louise who rang me to confirm delivery, Sean and his mate who delivered and assembled my garden dining set. Wish all companies were as good as this.

Very helpful staff in the interiors…
Very helpful staff in the interiors department got the table we wanted which was in stock and delivered within a week. It looks fantastic and the delivery guys were on time and took away all packaging. Great experience.

Cafe
There are no words for Angela who is Head chef in the cafe with whom we got to meet yesterday. My Mum who is Gluten and Dairy free finds it really hard to find food that she can enjoy where both are omitted. Angela came out and spoke with my mum and made her an amazing lunch. We will definitely be back.

Brilliant experience, Sean delivered my egg chair, himself and his coworker, assembled it, put it where I needed it, so I just had to come home, and sit in it and enjoy!! Thank you. It's great!!!

Excellent service from the Orchard team.
From the staff in the showroom to the home delivery we found the Orchard team provided a higher quality service. In the store the ladies were able to answer all of our questions and make clear plans for the delivery of our purchase. The delivery truck arrived at the appointed time and despite the awkward access to the garden at our house and the torrential rain that was falling Sean and his colleague assembled our garden furniture without any issues and took great care in doing so. Nothing was a problem for them- true professionals.
We will certainly go back to 'The Orchard' for further purchases and recommend them highly to our friends.

Went for a family breakfast on…
Went for a family breakfast on Saturday, there was 6 of us. I went to till to order, the was order was read back to me and 1 item was missing, which the lady (who I think was a manager) added.
When our order arrived there was only food for 4 of us and two breakfasts were missing. The young girl who brought the food came back to the table to say that the 2 breakfast were not ordered, even though the lady at the till had called them back to me. I went back to till and reordered, while there I spoke with the lady who originally took my ordered to explain that I was disappointed as now 4 had finished their food while 2 hadn’t even gotten theirs.
We were left waiting for 25 mins before the 2 breakfasts arrived, which really was unsatisfactory.
I was also a little disappointed that nobody came to the table to apologies to the others for the error and delay.
I have eaten here a lot and normally very happy, but have to say I would be very slow to return.

We had such a lovely experience with Aoife from the pet section in the orchard.Aoife was a wealth of knowledge. She gave us so much of her time and a lovely friendly manner. Would highly recommend a visit.

A very disappointing experience
There was a lot of confusion around our order.
Some arrived and it turned out other items weren’t taken for ant the till although the order was rad back and confirmed. It took a further 25 minutes to arrive.
When it did arrive it was far too salty. My tongue was tingling with the amount of salt.
Out family breakfast was a big disappointment

Delighted with our garden furniture…
Delighted with our garden furniture from The Orchard which was delivered today 24/07/25. We got our delivery at the time expected and it was assembled with great care and attention. We were also shown how to use the cantilever parasol. Also they took away all the packaging which was very helpful.
