Brilliant experience, Sean delivered my egg chair, himself and his coworker, assembled it, put it where I needed it, so I just had to come home, and sit in it and enjoy!! Thank you. It's great!!!

From the staff in the showroom to the home delivery we found the Orchard team provided a higher quality service. In the store the ladies were able to answer all of our questions and make clear plans for the delivery of our purchase. The delivery truck arrived at the appointed time and despite the awkward access to the garden at our house and the torrential rain that was falling Sean and his colleague assembled our garden furniture without any issues and took great care in doing so. Nothing was a problem for them- true professionals.
We will certainly go back to 'The Orchard' for further purchases and recommend them highly to our friends.

Went for a family breakfast on Saturday, there was 6 of us. I went to till to order, the was order was read back to me and 1 item was missing, which the lady (who I think was a manager) added.

When our order arrived there was only food for 4 of us and two breakfasts were missing. The young girl who brought the food came back to the table to say that the 2 breakfast were not ordered, even though the lady at the till had called them back to me. I went back to till and reordered, while there I spoke with the lady who originally took my ordered to explain that I was disappointed as now 4 had finished their food while 2 hadn’t even gotten theirs.

We were left waiting for 25 mins before the 2 breakfasts arrived, which really was unsatisfactory.

I was also a little disappointed that nobody came to the table to apologies to the others for the error and delay.

I have eaten here a lot and normally very happy, but have to say I would be very slow to return.

We had such a lovely experience with Aoife from the pet section in the orchard.Aoife was a wealth of knowledge. She gave us so much of her time and a lovely friendly manner. Would highly recommend a visit.

There was a lot of confusion around our order.
Some arrived and it turned out other items weren’t taken for ant the till although the order was rad back and confirmed. It took a further 25 minutes to arrive.
When it did arrive it was far too salty. My tongue was tingling with the amount of salt.
Out family breakfast was a big disappointment

They called previously & arranged a suitable time for delivery, & also advised on text to be sent so i knew it was coming from them,
Instore staff as always were extreamly helpfull,
Delivery guy,s called to say that they were on rhe way, & were most pleasent & helpfull,

Delighted with our garden furniture from The Orchard which was delivered today 24/07/25. We got our delivery at the time expected and it was assembled with great care and attention. We were also shown how to use the cantilever parasol. Also they took away all the packaging which was very helpful.

This company was fantastic to deal with. Their customer service was helpful, they answered queries and rang you back when they said they would which is a rarity! They even followed up with emails so there was no risk of mis communication. Very professional. A special shout out to Keely who went far and beyond the call of duty. If an item is purchased from The Orchard garden centre be prepared for a very very poor customer service should a fault arise as they clearly do not take customer service seriously.

If I could rate 100 stars I would. Sean and Elvis were incredible. We had an extremely tight space, Sean and Elvis so quickly thought of multiple different options and possible turns of the sofa to find the best solution. I can’t describe how unbelievably friendly, efficient, quick thinking and proactive they were. Within such a short time they found the best solution and the sofa and chair were unpacked. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for Sean and Elvis, I’ve never had customer service like it. Knowing there is service like Sean and Elvis. I’ll be ordering again and recommending the Orchard to everyone.

Great selection of products from plants to furniture and all of a very high quality. Really helpful staff especially the lady in the garden furniture. Prompt delivery by two very cheerful guys who seem to enjoy their job. Took all the packaging away and left everything set up. Would recommend!
