AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! States it is based in Stoke on Trent but the order came from China. Ordered a light from this company. Impossible to put on the ceiling. Badly designed. After numerous complaints, received a small amount as compensation. I then received a refund as it is faulty. The company deducted the compensation from the refund! Worse company I have ever dealt with. Whole experience was frustrating, stressful and annoying. Absolutely useless customer service. Have put a review on their website, but it doesn't show as the only ones they show are obviously fake reviews stating how good they are. Have received an email from the company requesting that I remove my review. I have just checked their website. My review has not been put on. All the reviews are 5 stars and obviously fictitious. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 2 lights from The Houselights and they arrived within a week, so a super quick delivery.
Lights look amazing and great quality and good price.
There was a breakage on one of the lights and after emailing, I had an immediate response and a replacement is being sent, really good customer service.
Would definitely not hesitate to use this company again.

What a genuinely excellent experience.
I contacted customer service email to ask if the light I wanted was UK stock, email answered and confirmed within a day.
Ordered the light on same day, I received a follow up email saying they would contact wearhouse and make the order a priority, I received 4 emails regarding delivery progress and received the light on the 5th day.
Built and fitted the light today and it looks fantastic.
Thank you Kristin for your communication and making this a very easy, experience.

I was nervous to order from here after reading the other reviews but they had the exact light I wanted and at a great price so emailed them to check they are currently in stock, Kristin replied straight away advising stock was in the UK and gave me the details of delivery times etc. We took the plunge and Mande the order, I’m so happy I did, the product arrived a few days later, it’s beautiful and I’m super happy. I know others have said they don’t answer the phone but if you email them they get back to you straight away. I’ll be ordering again from them.

Just adore my MCM 8 light Sputnik light, arrived quickly, fab customer service, looks way more expensive than it is, its such an amazing wow piece and sets my kitchen off beautifully, stunning piece!

Using the website was super easy, my lights arrived later than I expected but all intact and well packaged. I decided to return the items as I changed my mind. The customer service was excellent throughout, always friendly and professional...

There were about 3 days I was 90% sure I'd been scammed. But then my emails were replied to and my order arrived.

Dispatch needed a chase up, and there is no information with the lights, but they are installed and look/feel to be fair quality.

This company is a scam! There is no delivery address, no customer services or contact phone number to call. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have bought 3 pendants now from The House Lights and I have not been disappointed, all lights are exactly as advertised.

Once there was an issue with my delivery and the customer care I received from the team was very professional and they sent me a new one out immediately.

I will definitely be using them again.

Bought two ceiling lights from denelm black and glass.
They cost £65 each. They were so fragile it's untrue.a total waste of money. I'm going to try and solder them to make them a little more sturdy as I had them in the box too long before property looking at them today.

This is the first time I've ordered and will definitely do so again. The quality and value are outstanding. I hadn't expected such quality but we're shocked and considering the price, it's amazing. Haven't put them up yet as house is still in project mode but will do soon. Have told everyone about this site.

The light came on time- and is absolutely gorgeous!! I cannot say how thrilled I am with this light. The response from The House Lights was excellent- I appreciated them getting in touch and answering my questions. Many thanks!!!

Great product relatively easy to install. One arm of the chandelier was faulty but customer services fixed this and shipped me a new arm within a week. Fast response and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a Scandinavian LED wooden light. It arrived very quickly and looked exactly as described! Great quality and would recommend!

We ordered two of the 12 light two tier sputnik opal globe chandeliers and the quality of the product is very good. The chandeliers came very well packaged and protected. The light isn’t the easiest to wire as there is very little room and the instructions aren’t very clear but it can be worked out. I would definitely recommend this product.

Took forever to come but did eventually arrive. Customer service was quite responsive but it took ages and we were told it was dispatched and it wasn't. We haven't installed the lights yet so can't comment on if they work but they look nice

I've upgraded this review. Whilst delivery took a long time, we're thrilled with the lights now they are installed.

Received lights, faulty and poor quality. Have emailed twice in the space of a week and not one person replies.
Requested a refund as per their instruction. Tried calling the number and it doesn’t connect plus no links to socials!!!

The customer service was excellent and prompt as was the delivery of the 3 lights that I purchased. They look luxurious and stunning. Thankyou for a perfect shopping experience with you.
