There was a problem with DPD delivering my lights - they were delivered to the wrong house!! The Houselights were helpful in offering a replacement lights, and then a full refund. DPD yet again getting things wrong!

The house lights services was really good. Also the refund process.

We have used some pendant lights in a coffee shop in Leeds and they look great, they create such a focal point, enhance the playfulness of the design.

We were doing a whole house renovation so ordered lights from lots of different places. I was so impressed with the globe light pendant we got from The House Lights. I found it really tough to work out which are good quality sites online and which are a scam! I can safely say the quality from these guys was fantastic. Much better than Meraki (although they too are legit and nice people but poor quality) and heaven forbid don’t buy from Litfad (absolute scam site, horrendous). So yep, just writing this little review to save anyone else the headaches that we had!

Absolutely stunning light, so pleased with it. It’s a total showstopper. It took a while to arrive as it came from overseas, but the communication and help I received from customer services was the best I’ve ever encountered. Thank you so much!

We paid over £200 for a light in November. It never arrived!! No response from customer service. Beware scam company!!! Do not be fooled by prices. Search the company, address and phone number. All scam!!!

Delighted with my purchase lights are perfect but want to say how excellent the Customer Services is my parcel was delivered to the wrong address by Fedx I contacted Thehouselights to say how concerned I was they replied immediately confirm all details and said not to worry they would track my order for me it took two days to locate but delighted with response from Thehouselights good old fashion customer services thank you

Purchased beautiful products from here. Had to contact customer services too, who were faultless and remedied my situation completely and followed up to ensure ie as happy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful kitchen island light. I cannot fault this company, their customer service is outstanding! I ordered the 9 light chandelier for my kitchen after seeing it advertised at a real decent price. I had no issues with delivery, I was kept up to date with their processing stages and when it arrived it was packaged securely, of good quality and easy to put together. Although some of these products may be from China they are of good quality and I have had no issues.Reading the other reviews I am quite surprised. Chandeliers can be tricky putting together but that is what you get when ordering a chandelier (I have two). Thankyou House of Lights, I will be ordering again!!!

Loved the sputnik globe chandelier that arrived but it was a bit too complicated to assemble so had to take it to an electrician to put together! Unfortunatly a couple of parts broke when it got accidentally dropped but the customer service team were really helpful and prompt in getting replacements sent out.

I searched and searched and searched for a light fitting that I liked for my living room and came across the perfect one from The House Lights, and it was very reasonably priced. We had some problems with the delivery as it was coming from overseas, but the customer service and communication was exceptional, I can't fault it. It took longer than expected for the delivery, which is the reason for 4 stars, but the light fitting was TOTALLY worth the wait and is a real show stopper in our new living room. We get so many lovely comments on it. Really really pleased, just had to be patient and trust their customer services while they sorted the delivery challenges. Well done The House Lights, one very happy customer, even with the wait!

All of the lights from this supplier are stupid - they turn on with different settings depending on how quickly or slowly you turn on the traditional switch on the wall - no settings are saved each time you turn the device off and on at a tradtional wall switch - you are expected to use a cheap remote to turn on the light everytime you want it.

Thank you for the great service, delivered within a few days, prompt reply from customer service when asking questions about delivery. Can’t wait to see them up!!

I paid for an item on their website and all I got was a conformation email. 4 days passed and I messaged them from all channels that I could, i,e., Facebook, instagram and email to get a response from them. No answers what so ever. Then I checked the Google reviews and realised that they’re a dodgy company. I’m very worried for my money now. Don’t be fooled by their fair prices. Apparently the pictures of the so called on line reviews are photoshopped. I hope I can take my money back through my credit card company. I’m very upset.

Instructions on light were so complicated it was impossible to build.

Tried to return and was told I had to pay for return postage and another £60 would be deducted on return.

Customer service is non existent. Haven’t been treated so badly by any company “ever”. Do not shop with this company.

Honestly the worst bit of cheap crap I’ve ever seen in my life. Not stable, it moves, as no good fittings supplied. Got silver bolts on the top and bottom on a whole gold colour frame. Foolishly I thought spending £280 on it, it would be of better quality but I can’t stress enough it’s like something from the pound shop. Certainly not a show stopper, not a great focus piece. It’s typical Chinese trash, plastic shades, tinny. So disappointed I just hope they refund it.

Fraudulent company operating out of China. I am claiming money back through my bank as the product did not arrive.

Do not buy from this site. Where do I start...I can't believe I fell for the customer 'reviews' which I now see are 100% photoshopped. The product that arrived looked like the cheap knock off version of what was pictured. The company website says based in the UK, but emails show the address as HK and the tracking shows the product was shipped from China. Instructions were terrible.
