A very pleasant experience, Nick provided a lot of information to allow me to choose the Champagne I wanted for my wife's 50th Birthday.
And they looked after my bottle in a bonded warehouse for a number of months prior to the birthday surprise.

Happy with overall service for sending gift to UK Address, but can't understand why I am charged additional £5.26 "processing charge" when paying from UK Bank Account and by UK Debit Card just because my registered address is in Australia. There are no Bank charges made as a consequence so what's this for?
