My partner had bought sone champagne from Brunswick and the service was excellent. So I ordered sone too and again, fantastic service. Delivery was arranged for a suitable day and a follow up call from the shop showed great service. Yet to try the wine but I have no doubt it’ll be delicious.

Company refused to honour intro discount.
Company >quite deliberately< refused to honour the new customer discount. There’s an email trail.
(Hasn’t stopped them emailing me from their list pretty much weekly.)
It’s a shame, as I buy this type of wine often and they are unlikely to get more business from me. Delivery was fast, mind.

A broad range of interesting wines, from the everyday to the exotic, all competitively priced. For me, the Brunswick website has about it a gentle whiff of eccentricity that encourages one to spend a while, perhaps an otherwise dull and grey winter afternoon, wandering and wondering among the shelves and cases and occasional bottles, just to see what hidden treasures might be waiting to be discovered in untrodden, dusty corners.
