Speedometer stopped working. Main agent said a complete new instrument panel was required and put one on order. Waited for weeks before they told me the part was no longer available, nothing they could do. With the MOT due soon, I was facing scrapping my small motorhome! Took it to Danny who in a few hours found, fitted and tested a (not new) working replacement.

Amazing service!!
What an absolute true professional. Got me out of a disastrous situation when my car key fell apart. New key cut and programmed in under an hour!! Highly recommend
Thank you Danny

Wonderful service from Dan. He was professional friendly and very very quick fixing the fault.
Very very fair prices.
I thoroughly recommend Dan to anyone.

Thanks Dan. 😀

Excellent service, Excellent prices. Daniele was very helpful and able to book my car in a very short period of time. Definativelly recommended.

I would highly recommend this company. My car had an intermittent fault with its immobiliser. Dan explained every step of the process from diagnosis and what was done in order to fix it. Reliable, trustworthy and high levels of professionalism. Competitive pricing. Also very friendly!

I didn't think the electrical faults with my old Nissan were going to be repairable without paying a fortune but Danny sorted it out quickly and at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I booked online through The Automotive Expert website to repair a broken car key and to re-program my spare key. The booking process was very easy and the repair work was excellent. Daniele provided a great service and I would highly recommend him.

Great customer service
The best company to solve ECU and airbag problems in Basingstoke area.
Charge rate still better than others, Highly professional experienced person.
Can give 10 stars but only 5 allowed by trust pilot.
The best recommended garage for all keys, ECU, immobiliser, airbag problems.

Brilliant Service - Daniel is very knowledgeable and advised a range of options to replace a car key - great value and booking system available to select time that suits.

Absolutely amazing service. I lost my car key and the spare wouldn't turn the car on. I rang up first thing in the morning and Daniele made the time to see me before he set off for other jobs and also made time for me after he had finished those jobs. He went above and beyond to help me, I could not fault the customer service. Very polite and professional and reasonable pricing! I would 100% recommend and would go back again!!

Daniele is a shining example when it comes to getting a job done right! What he doesnt know about vehicle diagnostics and programming isn't worth knowing. Great company, would definitely recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable and cares about his customers. And all that for a fair price. What a great find

Friendly and great service. Good value for money

Having lost my spare Honda key I visited the Automotive expert at Gales Petrol Station and Garage. He explained what he would do and offered a very competitive price. He provided a replacement, cut the new key and programmed it all within 35 minutes! He is a very polite and conscientious guy and I highly recommend him. 'Expert' is not an overstatement in his case.

Excellent, friendly service. Provided a well thought out and cost effective solution.

An excellent friendly service, which is reasonably priced.

Judging by the excellent service I received (problem with a key fob) I'd recommend The Automotive Expert

My ext temp sensor hasn’t been working for over a year (probably closer to 2 years) and now the climate control has stopped working. Dani was able to find the problem and fix so quickly! With the mass of wiring to get through I’m thrilled with how quickly he was able to diagnose and fix the problem.
Both sensor and climate control are working, which I am really appreciating with 31C temperatures!
Dani was lovely and pleasant to work with, and I’d definitely recommend him and come back!
Thank you Dani!

The level of customer service Daniele gives is fantastic & his level of expertise is exemplary. Highly recommend using The Automotive Expert

Daniele is absolutely brilliant - he was quick and concise in his communication, flexible around my timings, welcoming when I got there, and fixed my car key much quicker than advertised. He went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be going back should I have any key issues or requirements again in the future.
