Excellent and efficient service. Would recommend!

Perfect service from Dani. He kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of my car, and car was repaired the same day, very reasonable price, cannot fault anything. Highly recommend Dani and will not hesitate to use him again.

I contacted this company to get a new key for our vehicle, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable person Daniele who swiftly sourced a key and booked in a time slot for me and a price was agreed. We arrived as required, he took the key from us and began the job, writhing 10 mins he came out and said that the fault was a connection problem and that he could fix our old key rather than pay for a new one!…another 20 mins later everything was fixed…this saved us appx £170! (Car was a Maserati Levante).. So all in all a very honest man, a very efficient man very polite and a great service. I can only recommend this place very highly.

Dan was very efficient with the repairs for my car, the communication was excellent! My car was unable to start and needed a new locking barrel and 2 new keys. From not starting and unable to go anywhere I had my car back the same day and all fixed the following day!

I had a broken car key and they did an inspection and told me the next steps and made me a new car key on the same day in just over an hour. It was fast, good and reliable. Thanks to Daniele. It was really good and recommended it as a go to.

Friendly service..I had 2 new keys made to replace broken buttons on both my vauxhall keys...both work great..very pleased with them..highly recommend....many thanks

Quick, effcient and helpful response to solve my issue. Thank you Daniele.

Very knowledgeable would recommend
Thank you Daniele 👍

Daniel was fantastic and quick. Completely fixed my 2013 mini footwell control module. Highly recommended. Thanks Daniel

Very knowledgeable. Managed to fix my old key for far less cost than it would have been for a new key. Great service, would totally recommend.

Fantastic customer service, I called and got a next day appointment. Then drove away in less than hour with a fixed car.
Good value & complete transparancy. Would highly recommend.

Really easy to book and great quick service

Great service from Daniele, identified the issue quickly, remedied within 2/3 working days (including getting part from Ford). Having been assured, by 2 other mechanics, the cost to repair would be so great it wouldn’t be worth it, I now have a repaired car at a very agreeable price - great job, thanks Daniele!

Early BMWs had soldered battery cages in their sealed car fobs, making it nigh on impossible to change the battery so you have to buy a new one.
I didn't know this until last week when my car told me that the key fob battery needed changing.
Found The Automotive Expert on Google - so many 5 star reviews, I immediately emailed to see if they could help. What fantastic service, a new key fob programmed cheaper than the main dealer and it has a changeable battery for next time. Done in 30 mins, Daniele is just a superstar and all those great reviews are 100% deserved!

original email enquiry answered very quickly. The work itself was carried out very quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Nice friendly couple and would highly recommend.

Daniele’s competence is unique and his knowledge of various car models is more than extensive. DT is the only place where I bring my car for maintenance and resolution of issues. Highly recommended
