Fabulous Rug
Rug came fairly quickly seeing that I'd ordered it on a Friday. Beautiful rug, fab quality. Unfortunately there were a couple of stains on arrival, but after a quick call to shop we sorted it out.

I thought I had ordered a Ruggable rug…
I thought I had ordered a Ruggable rug as I had already had one and wanted a new one. But I have to say I’m so pleased with this rug, it’s beautiful and thicker than the old Ruggable one and literally half the price! And to top off an already excellent experience it came the next day and no delivery fee. I would highly recommend these rugs

This is my second order the first went…
This is my second order the first went well! This time it has taken forever for delivery one of the two rugs finally turned but no sign of the big rug we are now going into week 4 all contact for information has been ignored by the company very disappointing!!!

Delivered very quickly.
Delivered very quickly, gave 4 stars due to the delivery driver throwing the rug out of the van, no interaction when handing the rug over as he was too busy talking on his phone, took photo and left, no hello, thank you or goodbye! Saying that lovely rug, doesn’t look or feel like an outside one, which I’d decided on as wanted it for a summerhouse and with the dogs coming in and out from the garden thought it would better suited than a normal rug. Would have liked to of included a photo but unfortunately there’s no option too on here.
