I purchased the course in October 2023, I did not log on to course until 15th December 2023, phoned Thames College to ask for logging in details and was helped by a really helpful man called Eric Modric.
I better get on with the course as I only have a few months to complete. Thank you all at Thames College.

I took a course of study (Nursing Assistant Diploma certificate) with Thames college and at a point I had an issue with my job application because they needed my study time converted to hours. Thames college came through for me as the staff member were as swift as possible. Also the courses are very well designed for individual purposes.

The course is very informative, but I have issues in contacting them via e-mail. Please help me out & reply to my last e-mail. I need my certificate but I couldn't submit my assignments as they require my address & additional fees to deliver it internationally but I want the pdf only.

Very disappointed. The course I paid for had extremely low level content, was very basic and general. Nothing more than could be obtained free of charge by simple google searches. The narration of the course was automated which was distracting. The post unit multiple choice quizzes did not test any knowledge.
I also experienced the extortionate demand to pay an extra £156 for the completion certificate after paying the £100 course fee which explicitly included the completion certificate when I enrolled.

The course content is good. There was earlier miscommunication but after request was sent to customer service desk, the misunderstanding was immediately solved. Exam marked and cert obtained.

Firstly the work book on the course doesn't work so there is no visible work book where all the information is kept to complete the tasks. When I reported it to the College they said it didn't matter to just use the videos.

The quality of the videos is very poor and the "instructor" often swapped back and forward between her version of Sage and her notes. As i was using her notes as the information to complete my own tasks this made it very difficult. The audio quality was also very poor on a number of videos when the "instructor" had the microphone to far away from her and I strained to hear her instructions.

The course in general is very poor, only showing the basic steps on a "monkey see monkey do" basis. No explanation of why the task I carried out is given. Which often left me wondering what i had just done.

This was only made worse by the wording on questions on the assignment at the end. The assignment consisted of write step by step instructions on how to carry out the tasks, not really an assignment.

Finally when submitting my assignment i was presented with a heft bill to receive certificates £175.99, when on the initial page it states its either included in the course or a potential £2.99 hard copy. Even when selecting i didn't want certificates as the price is extortionate, it still insisted I include me card details just to submit my assignment.

Very bad experience overall and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

EDIT: 2 Months on from submitting my completed course work, I still have had no contact from the college or any "team" as promised.

Great courses from Pharmacy . Courses are very helpful if you want change carrier or continue your job. i am very happy with all course material. I wish that they will be accessible in actual book (even if cost will be higher). I had issues with sending my assignment, but i get help very quick. Also respond to emails was very quick as well. thanks

Good information on the course but i'm unable to submit my assignment (brings up an error 404 page not found message) and there's no contact information anywhere to get this resolved.

Overall so far a good course on Egyptology. Only downside is that I can't contact anyone with submitting my final assignment.

I completed online courses recently and it was super easy to time manage and there is no limit to access online. At any time access to study on online system , I wouldlike higly recommend this curriculum with life access . Thanks

I enrolled on the Pet First Aid Course, primarily to check out the level of the course prior to putting the staff at a dog boarding kennels and training facility onto the course. The course was fine, better than a course I did elsewhere, however, I submitted the exam on 22nd November, which claimed a 24 hour turn around if I only wanted an online certificate to print out. I received the confirmation email of my submission.
Three days later, I asked for an update, no reply was forth coming.
I sent another enquiry on 1st December, but still no reply.
I can now report, They did reply, it went into the spam folder.
If like me you are frustrated at no contact, please check the spam, it may well be in there.

Fantastic course absolutely , it's a good presentation of the course, good layout, especially how the videos are presented with the course modules transcript, again good course, and how is finished to write an assignment at the end, it's great, and Customer service is absolutely fantastic. Aim to aspire to work in insurance industry, i believe this course can help.

I was looking for a course in Pedagogy theories, and that's what I got, I appreciate so much Thames College. The part that I like the most was the content was updated to these days.

The course l did was eye opening and clearly articulated so much that l understood the journey of a Social Worker
