"I recently completed the Diploma in Security Management at Thames College, and I wanted to share my experience for anyone sitting on the fence.

Before starting this course, I had plenty of 'on-the-ground' experience, but I felt I was hitting a glass ceiling when applying for management-level roles. This diploma was exactly what I needed to bridge that gap.

good training performed

Did the Level 3 Train The Trainer course. It highlighted everything I needed to know to get back into training. Very pleased.

I bought a course bundle through Reed, the Comprehensive Approaches to Trauma Recovery: Integrating Complex PTSD, CBT, and DBT 10-course bundle. Initially I had some issues due to miscommunications between Reed & Thames College and some technological issues from the college, so I'd left a negative review here while waiting for things to get resolved. I'm updating it now as an understanding Thames employee named Ben has helped to sort out the issues and make a goodwill gesture. Also, as I've completed 3 of the 10 courses and started 2 more, I've got a more fleshed out view of the quality of the courses. The first one I took was slide presentations to read only (the advanced diploma on trauma treatment of CPTSD), but the others I have done/started have videos of professors teaching (CBT, REBT, Release Addiction, Anxiety & Trauma and Drawing), some have additional materials available to supplement the learning and most have had a final assignment at the conclusion of the course that is marked with feedback given which I greatly appreciate. I wish the courses were more consistent, as the CPTSD course was one I was most keen to dive into (hence it was my first) and so was rather disappointed it was only slides to read. I have read books about CPTSD so this wasn't much different, but was hoping it would be designed to be more engaging like the other courses have been so far. Once my experience with all my courses is complete, I will return to update my review again.

Simple platform which is easy to use. Course content is detailed and assignment is easy to submit.
No information on the process after the assignment is submitted. No obvious way to ask questions/get support.

I didn’t receive my PDF Certificate and Transcript but Criminal Psychology and Profiling which I paid for why ?

Undertook the nursing assistant diploma completed 4 out of the 6 modules was very happy with the course and all aspects would recommend to anyone who wants to bolster thier qualiforcations and the customer service is equally as good as the courses and selection which is fantastic

Excellent customer services, the courses were accessible. I recommend this college to anyone who wants to top up their qualification. I bought Functional skills in English and Maths. I also completed a Britiish Citizenship course.

Excellent course provider. Thames College is a great course provider I enrolled on 4 courses which were all very interesting and Informative. Oscar Green was excellent support and gave me an extension to complete the course. The course had video training and small test and the end of each module. I would highly recommend Thames College for courses as they give an all the information needed for each course. Great value for money,10/10 5* course please enrol and kick start your learning . Great course!
The Forest Management course at Thames College was very interesting and useful. The teachers explained things clearly and were always willing to help. I learned a lot about proper forest care and protection. I definitely recommend it!
