An Incredible Learning Journey – Highly Recommend Thames College!

I recently completed my Advanced Diploma in Nursing Assistant – Level 7 with Thames College, and I can confidently say it has been one of the most enriching experiences of my life. The course was well-structured, detailed, and filled with practical knowledge that has truly deepened my understanding of patient care and the healthcare environment.

The support from the tutors and the customer service team was exceptional. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and I always felt guided and encouraged throughout my studies. Special thanks to Ben and the support team for being so professional and kind.

This qualification has empowered me both personally and professionally. As a holistic practitioner and spa owner, I now feel more confident in integrating medical knowledge with holistic care to better serve my clients.

Although I thoroughly enjoyed the Psychology Diploma course, I regret enrolling because I have been repeatedly requesting the PDF certificate I paid for at the time of enrollment, and I have received no response. Before I paid, Thames College was very responsive, but now they completely ignore my emails. I had planned to take more courses with them, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Edit: Thames College contacted me after I posted this review, and they explained that the delay was due to a technical issue. I have since received my certificate and transcript.

Unimpressed. Paid for the course and was granted access 4 days later after having to chase them. The course material was basic despite being advertised as a level 5 course. It called for an assessment at the end which was obviously never read as I received an email with an attached certificate (which wasn't attached, more chasing) less than 18 hours later. I suppose you get what you pay for, but won't be bothering with the other two modules and wouldn't use again.

This is a fraud company and is the website also. It’s does not exist. Phone number doesn’t work, it’s disconnected. Address is in Birmingham and the phone number is in London. I’ve reported it to Action Fraud.

Jason at Thames College has given me great customer service advice regarding my course, and regarding the certificate, I do recommend Thames College to anyone who wants to study as they are here to support you.

What made my experience great was the timely response to the emails I sent to the Thames College customer service team.
What brought me happiness and fulfilment was that all the courses I enrolled in at Thames College challenged my intelligence and my background in social sciences. They expanded my understanding of health and social care throughout the UK, as well as the rules, protocols, and laws in place to ensure professionalism, which I deeply respect. I made the mistake of purchasing the lifetime plus subscription when it was on offer after seeing the courses that were available. I have been emailing asking for the Student ID card for 3 months (after being told that it should arrive within 10 working days) and finally received it yesterday after threatening to make a claim to court to get my money back. I have also received a card with incorrect information on it, and I have just found out that they have sent a card with my details on to someone else's address.

I have completed one course since purchasing the lifetime membership which I am greatly disappointed by because it was missing the two assessments advertised, and has a module from a completely unrelated course included.

It feels like the business does not care about providing a good service and just wants to make money without putting in too much effort.

All lecture notes were on point. Their quick response to problems of students is a great thing.

Bad experience. Have finished my course in half year, was really good one, but since I’ve paid for my certificate I never received it, neither got an answer for my emails sent. Seems they just got money and ignoring me.

The course was very professionally prepared, the appropriate amount of knowledge was provided in a very understandable way, I recommend it

I express my gratitude in being given this opportunity to study with Thames college through the programming courses bundle. I learnt how to manage my time across different programming languages consisting of challenge made possible to bring completion due to the tutors excellent study resources which describes difficult concepts to have an understanding of each subjects knowledge. The customer service team have been very polite and efficiently helpful to handle any issues the same can be said for the excellent help desk team especially Eric Modric during the assignment submissions, email correspondences. I thank him for all the help. I also thank the other help team members Charles Henry, Oliver Smyth and Marvin Mathew's.
Overall being able to study gave a sense of flexibility to learning, making it enjoyable experience in opening a new door to education. I found my confidence in myself thanks to Thames College

The experience has been amazing thanks to Eric Modric for everytime I needed assistance. Thames College is wonderful and leads the way for the future.
And I love the fact that they are always prepared for helping, I may also need help with my other finished coz which is nursing assistant diploma PDF certificate for downloading and still waiting on the Essentials on European Medical Device Regulations as I have finished also but still on pending. I only managed to download healthcare assistant training certificate as it is the only certificate showing

well the course is easy to do i wish they could start doing gcse course in maths

I am very satisfied with the service of Thames College. I have just completed the "Facilities Management" course.

Did the online course on property management , having nearly 25 years experience in the industry .
Was pleasantly surprised both with the quality of the material but also assistance provided when needed.

I would do your homework...I looked at doing an online course with these guys and it seems that their registered address (as per their website) is a house in Birmingham. They are most definitely not a "college".

All was rectified quickly, great customer service, very easy to access, need to gain competency in a math subject, Thames college have a great customer service.
