Repeat customer
This is the second time that I have bought a MacBook Pro from TechTrade. The first one is still going strong three years after purchase and intensive use (8+ hours a day running a high end CAD system as well as all the usual office stuff) It sill works perfectly but I needed another one to run the latest OS. Tech Trade were again, very helpful. They arranged delivery on the exact day I requested and contacted me to ensure that I was happy with my order. I wouldn't consider using any other company to provide my business with Apple computers. They provide an exemplary service.

After my very old Mac gave up the ghost 👻 I decided to try a refurbished one and came across Tech.Trade, I am so very happy that I did, exceptional customer service, answered my queries immediately, very friendly and prompt with sending me tracking information. The iMac is in pristine condition and it is such a pleasant experience not to have to stare at the wheel of death spinning for an eternity ( if you know you know ) I would absolutely highly recommend this company, not sure if I would buy a brand new Mac again after this.

A good source of used Apple computers
Everything was handled well and the computers were as described. I had to exchange the first one I bought as it was too old ( I hadn't looked into the spec sufficiently) and they swapped it for a newer one, with a supplementary payment, with no fuss.
