They’ve taken my items and not paid me. I’ve emailed and they just ignore me. They are thieves

I sent nearly £100 worth of Funko Pops in February and was emailed on 19/02 to say my trade has been processed and I’m assuming payment made into my account.
It has now been over 8 weeks and I am still waiting for the payment for my goods, they have uploaded my Funko Pops to the website to sell but have yet to actually pay me for them.
I have sent countless emails and have had no response and been ignored this whole time.

I have sent the last email this morning before I start going down the legal route for my money, as it’s now about the principle.

What I thought would be an easy experience has turned into a nightmare.

Please avoid using them!!

Pretty useless company, have emailed every other week I think and they're just ignoring me.

It's strange because they paid near enough straight away the first time I sent something, second time just into the air with my emails and no payment.

This company is an absolute disgrace, I have sent countless emails with not a single reply. They have NO respect for their customers whatsoever, as they will take your items and then completely ignore you. Their quick enquiry form pings back as an error, so there is literally no way to contact them that gets you a response. This company needs to be reported to trading standards and shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute scam of a company would happily take my funko pops but haven’t payed me a single penny been waiting a month countless emails and not one single reply no other way of contacting them ( no phone number) avoid at all cost used them before they changed name never had this issue

DO NOT USE! Sent in Funko pops in December, had notification that they accepted them and would pay. It’s end of March and no payment received. Have been in touch with customer service countless times with no reply yet.

I sent in Funko pops to be traded with them as I had previously traded with pops for sale and they said this is their new sister site. The process to trade seemed easy I sent the pops off got an email to say that the trade had been processed and then nothing.

I emailed to ask for status of my order since Feb 2nd got the same email back as others saying there had been an emergency and they’d been away and they’d catch up.

It’s now way past 20 days and no payment has been made and they do not answer emails. They are scammers pure and simple.

Do not use them

Still not received a payment from selling lots of funko pops so I'm contacting the police and trading standards absolutely disgusting taking peoples items and not paying them wish I looked at the reviews on here 1st

I sent off some of my old electronics at the end of December, but it is now March and I still haven’t been paid for them. I received an email on the 22nd of January saying my order was being processed, but I’ve chased up my payment several times since then. I’m either ignored completely, or told that they had ‘issues elsewhere so were away from the business for a handful of weeks’ and are now catching up. I was told in February that they were catching up with payments over the next few days, but I still haven’t been paid. Like others have said, I was told it can take up to twenty days, but I’ve been waiting much, much longer than that. I’ve sent them one final email demanding payment and if they don’t pay me what I’m owed I will be taking this further. Please don’t use this company and get caught up in the stress that I have.

Avoid at all costs. Sold several Funko Pop’s 3 of which are collectible. Wait 10 working days as stated in T&C no money paid. Email sent, which was totally ignored. Still waiting for funds to be paid. I will happily contact Trading Standards.

Complete Scam, sent off 3 boxes of Funko pops. received confirmation they had them but no payment followed. Customer service is awful and they clearly avoid replying. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Sold 2 funkos, sent both off, received an email saying they were lowering offer which is normal for these sites. Changed status to trade processed and I never got paid. Chased it up 3 times, no reply. Its a bit of a Scam. I now have no items and have still not been paid

This is the same company that more than a year ago “bought” from me a console, video games and other stuff for the value of more than £200 and suddenly decided not to pay, not me or any other customer they had at the time!! They then went into liquidation , and nobody will see our money but now they’re trading AGAIN under another name!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THIEFS AND SCAMMERS ON ANOTHER LEVEL!!!!!

I was cautious at first…. But this company is legit and they do pay out. No fuss or hassle

Fairly simple to use
Just type in the barcode or the name and number of the Funko Pop you want to trade. I did, however have a problem with a 2-pack edition of a Funko Pop where that method didn't work, as the barcode i had wasn't recognised on their database. Once I specified that it was a 2-pack, it did appear and i did manage to trade it in, so just be aware that may happen.

Payment arrived 1 week after being posted

TechTrade Walsall are a complete scam, I sent item in July and it was signed for by someone name Gabriel but seems the shop is not empty and they have disappeared and I can't get hold of anyone do not use complete scammers and no one from trade tech answer or reply to emails seems they are like magicians they like to disappear.

Had lots of pop figures my son held onto some with slight damage to box which declared so was happy that as promised the price adjustment was minimal only a few pound on over 50 Pop figures traded in . Quick communication back as was wondering when payment got processed but explained had a busy period but quickly resolved and payment made within 24 hours thank you

Very unhappy. Packaged up a number of Funko Pops on behalf of my grandson using the freepost label sent to me by the company. Tracking shows they were never delivered. Because it is the company who contracted with the Post Office they have to put in the claim to get the value of my goods back (£45). I am happy to do all the legwork on their behalf but I have tried to make contact on two occasions but I don’t get a reply. It’s so frustrating. 😡

Update: Company have now responded and paid me for the missing funkoPops, the full quoted price. Well done TechTrades!
