Great price on my new phone, but what made Tech Wizz stand out was their customer service. They checked in with me outside of their opening hours, to make me aware of some potential issues with tracking and how they could be worked around. I appreciated the conscientiousness and help, and would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Book3. Five star price/value, unboxed, warranty, etc as described. And the customer service was extra kind, fast and flexible. I found the deal during the weekend, and had some questions about the config and the delivery. As it was late afternoon I didn't expect soon reply. I was surprised to find the answer in mailbox within an hour or two. And I was able to collect next day (royal mail delivery would have been +1 day and free, but my schedule required a faster solution).

Excellent service! Had an issue with the charger for my laptop, quick text and five minutes later was all sorted out, new charger on the way and no annoying extra costs anywhere.
