Parcel received with delay, but all in good order
I found Tech Wizz, looking for a specific product. Their price was the best on the market, by far. I was a bit wary at first, but all the reviews showed a good company with a great customer service so I decided to order. We had a bit of a back and forth with Royal Mail, all sorts of scenarios ran through my mind, but Jamie from Tech Wizz was on the case non stop, he replied to any of my questions almost instantly and sorted the issues with the postage. The item I ordered was well packed, all sealed, inside and outside the box, nothing is missing, even if it was put on hold by the carrier for a while. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
