Products and designs were excellent, Delivery was very fast too.

Order arrived very late but that's the time of year, was more frustrating that I emailed and got no response from the company at all

If I could give zero I would. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived I have emailed customer service and not received any response.disgraceful service after spending almost 30e on a novelty t shirt

Despite poor communication with the company, I recommend it. It was delayed, but everything arrived. The quality and workmanship are first-class – I truly recommend it. Dear company – improve your communication with customers and it will be great… Despite this, I'm changing my review from 1 to 5 stars, and by the way – Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I ordered a customised sweatshirt & water bottle for my wife.
The software to design both was clear & easy to use.
Communication with Customer Services was efficient &on both occasions I needed to contact them I had a same day reply.
When the items arrived, they were both of good quality- exactly as they’d appeared onscreen.

Both of my items have been lost just before Christmas I spent so much time designing them

the product is fab, 10/10 for this BUT i asked for standard shipping & Teamshirts simply couldn't tell me if it was coming with Royal Mail or another carrier, it was estimated delivery around 10/12/25, it came 13/12/25.
