Fantastic job great delivery

The product was printed to a good standard but the instagram QR code did not come out as well so could not be read even though it was made as big as possible. I had to make enquiries so delayed the order and this made priority order adding to the cost which is not ideal but I had an event to do. The clothing material online, I thought was similar to Nike Dri fit which is what was googled but came as a standard t shirt. therefore if I knew this I would have sourced this locally rather than this company. I am happy ish with the product but I can see myself going elsewhere for high quality t shirts and better printing procedures.

It was really easy to order and there was no minimum order size for custom shirts. The shirt looks great, and came quickly.

Rude arrogant customer service staff. Forget the [UK] part of Teamshirts UK. My order was sent from Germany but I believe may have originated in China. Had an issue with the courier, tracking froze for 5 days. I contacted Teamshirts and was given rude arrogant replies by 'Harold' who rather than sorting out the problem, just tried to make me chase the courier, which is ridiculous as everyone knows the contract with the courier, is with the seller NOT the buyer. Only once I made a Paypal complaint (do pay by Paypal people) did I get a refund, never had an explanation as to what happened, just rudeness and a person who did not want to listen.
Edit: Team shirts have said I didnt provide my order number, its up to THEM to ask for it and they can set that up on Trustpilot but they havent because they dont care about customer service.

Experience was great start to finish! I did a minor mistake in the address which was fixed promptly by customer support. Delivery was on time and the whole thing was really smooth and easy! Would definitely use again

Can hardly see half of the logo. Logo was in wrong position, this was my fault I think. I did find it hard to get the logo in the correct position.

The t-shirts has bad quality, received different sizes as I ordered 3 of them. I have to sended back.

No issues of doing my text for the t-shirt, quality of t-shirt feels good and texture feels different to run of mill t-shirt so you know it's organic cotton. Got emails through the process and then notification it was being despatched.
