I ordered two sports tops as Christmas…
I ordered two sports tops as Christmas gifts and unfortunately they arrived late, which completely ruined Christmas as delivery was meant to be by the 23rd of December. I also assumed this was a UK-based company, but the tracking showed the parcel sitting in Germany, which was disappointing and unexpected.
That said, once the items finally arrived, I was happy with the product itself. The print quality is good and the tops feel decent. It’s a shame the delivery issues let the overall experience down, as the product quality was actually solid.

Christmas gift did not arrive
Sadly my order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas (still has not turned up at the time of writing this - 29th Dec) order was placed on the 11th Dec and was due to arrive by the 20th Dec.

Never arrived
Really easy to design and order but unfortunately my tshirt never arrived which is a shame as was part of a Xmas gift for my daughter. I ordered 12 days before Xmas opted for standard royal mail delivery with the latest date for delivery the 23rd December. It is now the 28th December and still no tshirt.

You can deliver it when you say you will. Due on 19/12….today is 25/12… not delivered.
Your AI customer service is very poor……constantly repeating the same unhelpful email and most annoyingly repeats the lie that I could track the package via a link on the confirmation email….despite no such link being available.
Please refund me the full amount including shipping immediately.
