The item I ordered was quite expensive once I added art work and shipping but was very good quality. The shipping time was quite long though.

As soon as you pay, everything goes to hell
I was asked for my review so I am leaving it here as requested.
I am having a horrible experience.
The design process was easy and well done on the website. As soon as you order, everything goes downhill.
You get no tracking information.
My items were meant to be delivered 22 or 23 December.
It is now the 2nd of January.
I have tried multiple times to contact them. No response except for an ai.
No human response. No solution. No acknowledgment. Nothing.
I think this is a scam. I am unsure.
I now need to look at contacting my bank and doing a chargeback.
Lots of wasted time. Lots of frustration.
And on top of it all… since it missed all delivery deadlines I don’t have the gifts for the person in time.

It should be marked plainly that t-shirts are all different sizes even if they are all marked the same size. You need to look at Rach individual sizing chart.
I was not told that was coming from Germany. I now have to pay the import duty. I won't be a returning customer.
