Not a great delivery service experience
Not enough delivery tracking information ahead of the delivery. Arrived 20 minutes after the delivery window. Impossible to get ahold of customer service on the phone.
The taskrabbit staff/driver asked me to stay with the van while he took the items to my apartment because he was worried he'd get a ticket - the concern made sense but it's the company's responsibility to give their employees better guidance and information related to parking in the city while making deliveries. The staff member also didn't show much care in carefully loading items on and off the elevator.

The two delivery men are really responsible. My address is a new address. It is a new house. They confirmed with me several times before delivery. I'm a newcomer to Huston, and my English is not very good. I can't hear it well.
