I placed an order on April 1st, it is now April 17th. I have neither heard anything or received an email in response to my request. I have emailed customer support several times and spoke to the store front who only transfers your call to customer support which goes directly to voice mail. What are my options here? They took my money directly from checking the day I placed the order but I haven't heard or received anything.

I just want to shared my experience on my last purchase with tacticalshit, I purchased the Industries 14” free float handguard on March 9th and they offered free install it was nice of them but after weeks of starring and holding to see if I’m comfortable with it but I noticed it kind of heavy so I look up on their website about returns policy and I didn’t see I have any problems its policy to return so I called them to making sure and they were busy and ask my number to call back after hours of waiting for them to call back and I’m running out of patient so I rode 20 miles and got refused by an gentleman working there and I asked why and he told me because the item I purchased was install by their shop that’s why they can’t give me a refund or exchange so I left w/o arguing, anyway, after all their business name really stand for it I’ve guess.

I ordered 1,000 rounds of 9mm ammo on 01-31-2023 as it was listed in stock. Free shipping was listed at 14 days out and I was okay with that. I asked for an update at the 20-day mark and was told the manufacturer had shifted location. At the 28-day mark, the site showed my order was still processing, and I asked for a refund. Still haven't heard back. TS makes itself out to be too busy to quickly respond to customers, but I do business with many other outlets which are much better known and have amazing customer service. TS needs to up its game. A snarky name and attitude don't entitle it to provide bad customer service.

I have been a longtime customer of TS. The staff has always been more then helpful and accommodating. Their product knowledge is amazing and I am very happy to continue giving TS my business.

Got an email from this sham co stating free shipping on all 9mm ammo with 1000 end min order which i did but they charged shipping. $60 shipping. When I inquired about it I was asked to provide a code or a screenshot of the ad which I sent. Then I got an email saying they couldn’t process my order due to my shipping and billing address’ being diff and that I needed to provide verification of my account to which I replied not until the issue with shipping is resolved. Next thing I hear from Rachel is hmmm shouldn’t have charged ya shipping but I’ll give ya in store credit for 70 or refund the 60. I asked if the credit might raise the shipping cost to which I never got a reply. So I sent at least 3 emails canceling the order and requesting a full refund Next thing I know I’m getting shipping alerts that my order is on its way. Hold up, wait a second, what happened to you must verify your account info before we can ship (all for my protection ya see) and against their own stated policy. By this point I’m no longer interested in doing business with this joke of a business so I told them I’d dispute the charge and refuse the order to which Rachel, whom by the way is the cust service supervisor, says go ahead you’ve been rude and nasty so I’m not gonna deal with you. Now I admit at a point I did get a little heated but nasty, I don’t think so. I guess I should’ve checked their reviews online first cause I would not have ordered from them and blocked their emails. Learn from us and do not deal with this tacticalshi*t show.

Ordered ammo 12/6/22 as if 1/12/23 haven’t received it. They keep saying “it’ll ship soon” never order from them again. Or recommend them. Item was in stock and supposed to ship in 7 days. But nothing yet. Waste of $ and time.

Ammo finally arrives.

I give them 0 stars if I could. Asked for a confirmation on shipping 5 days after the order was made and got a super snarky review. Called out the poor customer service and asked for a refund. Response was “ K bye” horrible customer service and no shipping confirmation in site. Don’t give them your business.

Website says ammo ships in 5-7 business days. Immediately drafted my account for the price of the ammo but no confirmation email or tracking. I waited a week to email them about it, and got an auto-reply about the pandemic and blah blah blah. Next day I emailed again and someone responded Iwould have tracking in "a coupe of days "... Waited another week with nothing to show for the money spent and emailed them again. This time I got " you still haven't received this?! We're so sorry, I'll get management involved..." Next day I get shipment confirmation about a package weighing 4lbs (not 28lbs like 1000rds of 5.56 should be) shipping from HOUSTON...I ordered Lake City, Missouri ammo from their factory -- I could have driven down there from where I live and back in a day with my ammo.... 4 weeks later I still don't have my ammo. Stay away from these clowns, all the bad reviews are legit.

I have ordered from this company several times and every time the shipping is terrible. Most recent order was placed 21 February 2022 and today 28 February 2022 order status is still "Processing'. Like others have stated, trying to get order status is like dealing with the Federal Government, next to impossible. For a site that is so anti-Biden, they are very much like him!

I ordered bulk ammo, then read reviews. Lots of bad reviews about how long it took to get orders, along with good reviews. Mine arrived in 6 days. Faster than most. Thank you!

I purchased a product online in September. Multiple attempts to get status and receipt of product. It never came. I would suggest not to do any business with this company. They are either a very poorly run company or they are not legitimate.

Early August I ordered 1000 rounds of 7.62x39. Received no tracking or shipping email. 6 weeks later they email me back saying due to shipping delays stuff is backed up. I understand due to the recent Russian ammo ban. I ask for store credit. A week later I receive my store credit, I order a micro red dot. Another week goes by and I get a tracking number. The day the package was to arrive nothing came. I went back to check the tracking it says it was delivered. Then I noticed the tracking they sent me was from their supplier to their shop. My order then stated complete on their website. I email them everyday for a week but get nothing but automated emails back. I finally email the customer service person that gave me a refund and send even more emails. They push the blame on the supplier. My friend ordered the same day as me and had the same issues with his ammo and response from the company. If they focused as much on their customer service as they do posting cringy videos on IG then maybe this wouldn't happen. I sent a sight back to Trijicon to get worked and got it back in less time it took to get anything from this company. Please avoid this terrible company.

Ordered an 80% upper 10 MONTHS ago. Still haven't got it. They Blamed manufacturer. Now they say they have new manufacturer, but the parts have been sent for anodizing. That was over a month ago. 10 MONTHS is PURE B S!

It's one thing to think maybe you're just having a bad experience with a business, but WOW! search and you shall find numerous events that directly mirror this experience (makes you wonder how many more exist that don't make it onto sites like this...) They advertise ammo (mind you a very high demand product with the current market) as in stock, and then when its been a month and no update has been communicated... when you ask about the status they say they're shipment was shorted. Then, two months later, when nothing has been updated and you ask, they play victim about the supply chain and availability of goods and tell you to wait... Well great, it happens all the time these days, but that item you had marked as "in stock" was indeed not in stock. So now you have broke a trust agreement with your customers, you have misled the public into giving you money for products you don't possess, and you are continuing on with advertising that goes against every fair trade advertising law currently in place in YOUR STATE OF BUSINESS and federally... These people are terrible people to deal with. I am currently at the 2 month mark of forking over my hard earned money, I have waited 2 weeks to even hear back from ANYONE from my last email, and now the customer service rep. who ushered me to her supervisor, the Vice President of the company(or that was a Sh!t scare tactic, not sure yet..) both of who have not acknowledged or responded to any of my emails for weeks on end. I can't believe a company like this can stay in business (or even exists), places like this ceased to exist in my mind long ago for their terrible customer relationship skills and poor communication, not to mention false advertisement of products.

I Originally posted this site as a scam. However, the company emailed an apology and they made good on the order I made in August. All together it took about 2 months to straighten out whatever issues they had with the order And get it to me. I did not get the exact thing I ordered but I did get a legitimate substitute of equal value.
I think the troubles could be avoided If the company’s customer service had a better response system and just use honesty as their guide. People don’t like runaround answers when their money is tied up.

Scam - the merchandise I ordered was never shipped out;
the company claimed being extremely busy stating they might need 14-21 days to ship out orders, and up to 30 in case special legal forms were required. After 27 days of email ping-pong and requests for order updates (and receiving nothing other "we are busy"), they offered store credit. I reported the fraud/scam to my CC company.

Edit: Company's "all sales are final" statement does not apply, as the only part of the transaction that was processed was the payment, therefore the cancellation claim does not apply. (besides - I repeatedly requested the ordered merchandise and received no updates on the process)

I had the exact same experience as the fellow before this review.

Ordered in stock ammunition, waited 2 weeks to inquire.

I was first told, “oh we must have missed this, it will be shipped in 5 days”

Waited 7 more days.... still no update

Me: “I would like to inquire about my order”

Tacticalshits: “oh we got shorted, it will take another 7-21 days to ship.”
(Mind you they never honored their own shipping rules of giving me free shipping if they sell you an item marked as in stock that actually is not in stock)...

Me: “I would like to cancel my order” (sent a picture of their own cancellation policy to them)

Tacticalshits: different person emails me restating what the last email said

Me: “I would like to cancel”

Tacticalshits 32 days after seizing my funds for items they didn’t actually have: “ok but all refunds for this item are store credit....”

Should I remind them of FTC rules about misleading advertisement/ marketing?... something in me says its not worth it 😩

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES (from someone who works in the firearm industry as well)

I understand long waits for ammo right now, but I will never support the practice of money seizing for a high demand item when it was clearly never in stock to begin with. Just despicable (Daffy Duck voice)

Not to mention they have an article on their own website defending their bad reputation with a couple reviews of guys giving them 5 stars and name calling people who have given them bad reviews... what company uses that approach to defend their name instead of seeking to find a solution with the customer who had a bad time??... a lazy terrible business is who

SCAM ALERT!

I ordered some 9mm ammo on 07/27/21 and they immediately processed the full charge on my credit card. After not getting a receipt by email after several days, I logged into my account to see what the issue was. The product had not shipped yet. When I inquired, they sent me a preprinted response talking about how everything is backed due to COVID and the insane demand, and then stated the product would be shipped in 7-14 days, and when it did, they would send out a tracking number.

Side Note, the very same night, I order some 22LR ammo from BulkAmmo.com and received it in 3-days.

In any event, on the 15th day, I sent an email to cancel my order and to asked to issue an immediate refund to my credit card and to also cancel my subscription to their email advertising. Their response was they could cancel but they will not issue a refund because it was a sale item (every item is a sale item there) but they would give a store credit.

The place in my book is very scammy. Note, all their ads state product will ship in 5-7 days. I didn't cancel until the 15th day. The broke their own delivery promise twice, both on the web-site and also their preprinted Tactical BS email to me, and then they refused to refund my money. The name of the company should be "Tactical Bullcrap".

This is by far the Scammiest company I've tried to do business with in a long time. Sincerely, Will Chase
