I have ordered a few times before and other than longer shipping times than expected it was a decent experience. Recently, (end of Feb.) I placed an order and it's been several months and still haven't received items they showed as "In stock" or "ships in 5 to 7 days". Contacted them asking if there was an update on my order status. Rachel replied that they hadn't received it from the manufacture and my order would be sent out first thing next week. Now it's the end of "next week" and still no order. No emails as to updates on my order and very slow responses when emailing them. I've ordered several cases of ammo from them and just seems in the last 6 months they have failed to deliver. YMMV.

Do not order from this company! If your orders not right you cannot return anything. So you're stuck with it. I will be ordering all my guns and ammo from another place from now on.

Made an order had to beg for shipping info. Over a month later part of my shipment still hadn’t arrived and after they offered me a refund 6 days later they said I wasn’t getting one as the item had just arrived and it wasn’t their fault they didn’t work weekends. Wow… and now 3 days later and still don’t have a refund or shipping info… I will never order from this company again…

Bought 2k, 5.56 ammo Turan was the brand. having a 50% fail rate Dented brass, primers staked in, misfires as well as primers falling out. i will re-post once i talk to someone at tactical to see how they are going to fix this. There in no mention of this ammo being 2nds or even 3rds. for now Buyer beware.
This far i have made 2 calls to customer services without a reply as to the time this message was added.
Which makes buyer beware to light of a statement.

This place is a joke. Ordered something a month ago, no confirmation it was shipped. Sent 4 emails asking about it over the span of 3 weeks, this nothing. Finally called, was told someone would get back to me. Nothing. Run by a bunch of amateurs. Be better. What a joke show of a place.

Highly recommend reading all the reviews, as I should have before ordering from this company/business noting that the one (1) star ratings outweigh the rest. Ordered the Franklin lower with the binary trigger when it was on sale with a “special code” to take 20 dollars off, does not appear that I received the discount, regardless, wanted this lower. Called and talked with a rep who stated it was on the way and they would send me the tracking code, since then I have not been able to reach anyone but leave voice messages, their website now states 0.00, completed with a wrong account/order number present with the 338. And some change still charged to my card. . . I hope that all who order do get the items they bought and have a good experience but chances are slim with all the review posted. I will continue to try and get this resolves before getting whoever I need to get involved to address this matter, if it was truly lost in delivery, this then needs to be addressed by the proper authorities. . . . buyer and orderer beware.

I purchased a suppressor late February 2025, today is June 6th (D-Day) 2025 and still have not received what I purchased. I can't even get into their website to find out about or get an update on my order. I did email their customer service and all I get from them is my order is being updated. The lame excuses they give and don't even apologize or try to do something for their bad service. Earlier this week after another of my emails inquiry, they said it should be out this week. (06/06/25). I'm very disappointed with this company.

Everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices are great and a large selection.

I purchased 5000 Small Rifle Primers on February 5, 2025. I received 3000 of a substitute primer on April 11, 2025 due to a FUBAR on the part of their supplier (or so I was told). I finally received the final 2000 primers on May 7, 2025.
Needless to say, I was not overly pleased with the speed of the delivery especially since my account was debited for the purchase within moments of the purchase. And, they obviously knew of the problem at the tim I was sold the goods.

Ordered a flashbang and a bunch of blanks for an entry class. Shipping states 1-4 days. 5 days later, no tracking number, so i called and was told due to an ammo shipping snafu “no fault of their own” shipping would be 1-2 weeks! I didn’t order ammo, do why would it effect my order? I guess we can yell BOOM!

TACSHT is not to be trusted. I purchased the body armor in early March and now it’s end of day 04Apr and the only thing I have is a tracking number and it was only created when I told them I was going to file a fraudulent credit card charge. “Rachel” emailed me and said if I don’t want it, refuse delivery when it arrives and they will refund me. FYI … you don’t have to wait. If you asked (and I did) to cancel the order while TACSHT still has it, you can contact UPS and tell them what I’m writing here and they can stop the delivery and return it without you having to do it!!

I ordered a complete lower with Franklin binary trigger installed. It was an “overstock blowout” item that had been discontinued by the manufacturer. And this was stated in the ad I ordered from. 3 weeks go by and I send an email to find the status of the order (on my account it was showing “shipped” but no tracking info. I get a reply from Rachel that the lower had been discontinued and that they weren’t expecting any more shipments. So they took my money for a product they didn’t have in stock and had no intention of receiving more stock? WTF?!? I asked for a refund and that’s supposedly pending now. My biggest gripe is they never notified me that they didn’t have the item when it was ordered or in the following 3 weeks. Wreaks of a scam!

The worst fuc*** company I have ever dealt with. Said a trigger was in stock. Waited 2 months before “Rachel” could tell me it was in back order when it said in stock online. Proceeded to tell me she gets a shipment in 3 weeks,,,,,well a month goes by and no reply to email, phone voicemail is full, retail store won’t answer. But I’m starting a chargeback and leaving a negative review on every platform that they have. Worst customer service iv ever dealt with in my life. How do places like this stay open?
