It has been a more than a month since i ordered something that was supposed to ship in 2 to 3 days. The customer service cannot be reached. Their mailbox is full. I will NEVER do business with this company again!!

Horrific customer service and their shipping times are absurdly long. There are way, way better vendor options for anything they carry.

Order is way passed due. Customer service gives blank answers that don't help resolve the questions. Currently still waiting on my ammo order . Takes days to get one response . Will not be ordering again from them .

i ordered an AR part they had on sale. ordered it the first morning it went on sale. waited a few days, order kept saying processing. waited some more, contacted them. days later they responded and said it was backordered and did not know when or if it would come in. i asked about a refund, because they took money fast even though they didn't have the part. was told no refunds. after a couple of months they agreed to let me use the money to buy something else they actually had in stock, never got what i originally ordered.

I placed an order on September 2 2024.
It is now September 18.Still not shipped. Wished I'd read the reviews. Or at least refund my money.
My advice. Don't advertise product you don't have. And especially put it on "sale".

They never sent our product and kept the money..never respond to our calls or emails...do not order from them..its a bad company to deal with..scamming people out of their ard earned money...shame on you. HORRIBLE COMPANY ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE..

Ok I ordered my ammo and waited a month no package! So I called and wrote numerous emails, they finally sent my ammo after I called my bank to dispute the charge received my ammo and let's just say every box was torn open ammo everywhere and lost some in transit will definitely never use them again

Purchased PMC X-TAC 5.56NATO Rifle Ammo on Jan 26, 2024. Product was listed as "In Stock" with a 2-4 Day turnaround for shipping.
Sent an email requesting status on Feb 7th, no response.
Sent an email requesting status on Feb 9th, and received a response on the 11th stating that they were understaffed and my order had been delayed so the company could give preference to California customers due to the injunction on ammo laws. I was told my order would ship the following week.
Sent an email requesting status on Feb 15th requesting tracking. No response.
Sent an email requesting status on Feb 16th requesting my order be refunded or shipped immediately.
On Feb 19th I received an email with just a tracking number, no apologies for delays or explanations.
I reached out to the customer service number at least 45 times for status on my order and no calls or voicemails were returned.

I will NEVER do business with this company again. Not sure what they are up to, but they had no issue charging my card the day I placed this order.
They advertised a 2-4 Day turnaround, and they took 21 days to ship.
Incredibly poor customer service.
Charged my card immediately, not at the point the goods were shipped.

Honestly, the biggest burn here is the blatantly misleading information they provided coupled with them having no issue telling me that California orders placed after mine had become a priority. Sorry if you live in California, that’s your choice but this company seems to think that they are doing the world a favor by pandering to customers in that state.

I highly suspect that this company takes and charges people for orders until they have enough cash to make bulk discount orders to the manufacturers they represent. Not a problem if you honestly communicate that to customers, but the advertising is a complete lie.
My opinion of this company is that they are in fact S**T, just as advertised. Apparently being an “Tactical Operator” doesn’t convey at all into being able to run a legit business. There are lots of companies out there that value customer business, I learned the hard way this time that saving $20 is not worth dealing with a garbage company.

Recently bought a mail order shipment of ammo and aside from not being able to speak with a live body, the process was amazing!! My only concern was I didn't get a tracking email and to be fair, I may have missed it. But my box of ammo was on the front porch the day I emailed Tactical support to check on the order..went to leave for an appointment and there was my box..go figure. These guys delivered and in my case it really helped..since commiefornia is becoming a real shooter's paradise...

Order was initially declined due to credit fraud (not a good indicator of their payment processing method).

Emailed them to assure they were still a functioning, online business. No response. Called them. . .straight to voicemail.

4 business days have passed and no response to my inquiry, or any status change on my order.

I have ZERO FAITH that this is going to be a smooth transaction without any funny business. It's not that hard to simply respond to your customers.

Thieves own this business. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my stuff. I have left messages and emailed with no response. When I call the store they hang up on me.

I ordered a few thousand Murom Small Pistol Primers and received a bad batch. I was getting 5 to 6 dud primers every 100 reloads. contacted them and Rachel made it right. Rachel exchanged the defective primers. Loaded another 300 rounds went back to the range and all went bang .Awesome customer service. Nice to have a company that cares about there customers. Ordered1k primers never came played the old it's in the mail game with the person that's running diversion... same as all the other complaints here should have heeded the warnings...said I want a refund but they all of a sudden had it in the mail never to be seen and all they say is the usps has proof of delivery which is a crock. Their game is Ponzi get enuff orders to make the purchases of products elsewhere and drop ship the goods. They are using everyone else's money for operating capital which is a crime in the old USA. So when they dispute it and throw a bunch of BS at it I don't have my products but they have my money and no the usps did not deliver it to my address.

everytime i deal with this company i get 100% of what im looking for. from suppressors to ammo. accesories to apparel. in store the guys are super chill. on phone very professional. only ever had one issue and the owner himself dealt with it.

Ordered online and received order confirmation quickly. Products shipped and arrived within a few days with no issues. Recommended to many friends who experience the same positive service.
