This place is most DEFINITELY a scam site!!! My coworker told me about it and I thought he had already received his merchandise or I would have researched it myself before ordering. We have never received our ammo and neither has my coworker and we both keep getting the same BS excuses about it being delayed and pushed further and further out. Now they are telling my coworker it has been shipped but wont give him a tracking number. See the patterns here. I have contacted our crefit card company to file a dispute because this is theft, period! Do not buy frim here. Buyer beware.

I ordered 9mm subsonic ammo from Tactical Shit on January 5th. By January 9th, I still hadn’t received any tracking information, so I emailed to ask for an update. I didn’t hear back until January 13th, when I was told this order could take 14–21 days to ship.

On January 20th (15 days after ordering), I reached out again for a status update. I was told on January 22nd that my order would ship the following week. I waited patiently, but by January 29th—24 days after my original order—I still had no tracking number or confirmation that it had shipped. When I asked again, I was told it would ship “next week.”

So first it was this week, now it’s next week—with no tracking info and constantly moving goalposts. That’s incredibly frustrating.

If I weren’t getting a good deal per round, I would have canceled the order already. The lack of transparency and follow-through shows very little consideration for customers. There’s a big difference between shipping delays and repeatedly telling customers something will ship, then changing the story.

Next time, I’ll be ordering from another business.

The site has very deceptive marketing. They advertise for a sale, but don’t put the broken out prices. They just recently had a seasonal sale for 9 mm rounds but the way they advertised it was that 1000 rounds ships free and they have a price in red and bold below it but that’s not the cost of the thousand rounds. You can’t find the price for the rounds until you click check out. After contacting them and going back-and-forth with them through email only because they won’t answer the phone or call I canceled my order they don’t care and they’re bad for business. I would not recommend shopping from them.

I ordered and paid for 1000 rds 45ACP ammo on 11/17/25. Was told mid December it would “ship next week”. Today, 01/08/26 I still haven’t received my order and still no tracking number. Web site shows as “processing order” the last 7 plus weeks. I don’t plan to do any more business with them. I may even cancel this order since I’m getting tired of being jerked around.

Well 01/16/26 I cancelled my order after repeated emails saying it would ship followed by inaction. Finally got my refund 01/23/26. I won’t be doing any more business with them.

I ORDERED AN AR TYPE SHOTGUN ON 9/17/25 AND HERE ITIS 12/6/25 AND NO TRACKING NUMBER NO ORDER STATUS, I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS BUT TO NO AVAIL.IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG FOR NOTHING TO BE SHIPPED OR PAINTED I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. I order stuff from all around the world and I've never seen shipping incompetence like I've experienced with this company. As a small business owner myself, I would NEVER treat my customers this way. Learn from my experience and shop elsewhere.

This place is like it says in their name, "shit." They are the shittiest online company I've ever dealt with. I purchased and paid for my order, but did not receive a shipping update for several weeks. I emailed them for an update, and they said it would be another 1-2 weeks. I said no thanks, send me a refund, and they offered me a free upgrade, to which I said, ok, but then another week goes by and still the upgrade doesn't ship. I inquire again, nothing for several days, which is their MO, no response for several days. I finally demand a refund, or else, and they say, do you want the order or a refund? Whatever, NO THANKS, give me my money back, I'd rather support companies that are legit, not scams, and actually respect their customers!!! Shitty waste of time and money!!! Stay away!!!

Customer Service ,there is none .I placed and order Oct18,2025 it's now Nov11,2025. contacted BBB and a few others, haven't gotten anywhere ,phones calls. they don't answer , e-mails don't return, time and time again no reply. They took my money that day I ordered ,don't believe that hype they have any military background thats BS . Tactical Shit is a perfect name for that so called company, they are a Scam outfit.I've informed all my friends and military buddies to spread the word about this so called company. you ain't Shit don't buy from them

Caveat Emptor!!! Leaving a negative review is not something i particularly enjoy, but having had the experience i have, it feels like it would be negligent to not publicly voice my concern to those that might be considering making a purchase with Tactical Shit/Liberal Tears. In the first week of March 2025 I wanted to be one of the first to acquire the new PR-57 and the two DBA's under Web Corp, Tac shit and Lib trs came up, and i pulled the trigger. I understood that this was a pre-order as they did not currently have stock. About a week later, i was checking my order status, and saw that they showed "in stock" i figured, what the heck, i purchased a second PR, thinking that perhaps i might somehow get some priority over my pre-order, and figured i may just gift one to my son. Fast forward approx 8 months, (8 freaking months) i have neither of the guns i purchased, and in fact it can be found in stock on any number of online locations, with same day shipping, for less than i paid lol....... Oy Vey! My communication with the company via email and an occasional phone call, requesting either the product or a refund, was to Rachel, who, from what i have seen from other reviews, must get so incredibly tired of fielding negative emails and calls all day, her response to me was that they would be happy issue a refund, less a 15% fee (for an item that is supposedly so hot they can't even get them) makes no sense whatsoever. It would have been so easy to have just acquiesced to my request for a refund, and avoided all this. At this point i have zero expectation this order will be fulfilled, and that there may be some underlying issue between this company and either the manufacturer or distributor or both.
In retrospect, I wish i had taken just a few minutes to have checked some of the reviews prior to ordering, as this issue of, taking the money and not delivering the goods, seems to be a recurring theme that has plagued this business.

They have great prices on ammo, but shipping times and communication are horrible. Expect 30+ days for ammo advertized with 5-7 days shippping.

I ordered 1000 147 gr. 9mm and received 124 gr. shells.
Dealing with someone called Rachel I have had endless emails that make no sense over 2 and a half months now and this is still not resolved.
The ammo they did send was not packed properly and is in busted up boxes.
At this point I believe they are planning on just keeping my money (stealing) and doing nothing further.
I would recommend staying as far away as possible from this group as you can and let your friends know as well.

I ordered ammo on September 1st and i still have not heard when its even going to be shipped and its now October 6th! i have emailed them multiple times, but just keep being told that it will be processed. The last email said it would be done by the end of last week, but it was not done! They got their money but have not delivered! Do not recommend using this company! Still trying to figure out how to get my ammo or get my money back.

Update. The ammo finally was delivered on October 10th. However it is not all brass rounds as ordered! There are steel cased rounds mixed in with the brass. My ranges I use do not allow steel cased rounds. I have reached out to the company today to see what is to happen. I'm even more disappointed with this company!

I would give them a 0 if possible. I pre ordered a firearm in February of this year. Still no firearm 7 months later. They take no pride in the customers, and in customer service. They just keep blaming the manufacturer and telling me I got the best deal, NOT! I have found the same firearm for the same price I have all ready paid for, with getting it within 3 days, not 67 months and still waiting. Along with other people I know who have also bought the same firearm from a different distributor and have received there firearm. With that I would tell you to go somewhere else fast. Will not buy anything from them again and will let everyone know to stay away.

This is an updated review. I finally received my merchandise. It took about 40 days. The communication between merchants needs to be approved. I should have to to do so much footwork in order to receive my full order. I will say that my merchandise was of good qualtiy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The are not rated with BBB. They do not ship your items, But they will charge your card. Customer service is a horrible. I ordered from them on August 3rd, and still nothing. They said the needed FFL info, but they have the FFL to choose from on their site.

After 40 days. Ammo was still not shipped! This is to be shipped to NV. No restrictions

Stole $1250. Won't ship even though they advertised they would. Delayed, Delayed and then refused to ship or refund. Lost $1250 stay far far away! Scammers!

If there were a -Star they would qualify. Worst customer service, I ordered ammo from them and it took over two months to receive my order, when I did I was missing a total of 26 rounds, that was one complete box and 1 round from another. I have read from other former customers that this is a common game they like to play when they get complaints about why they are so late in sending your ammo. don't do business with then ever.
