I've been having DEF for over a week now and I must say I'm addicted. Tastes good and knowing you're consuming your daily vitamins and minerals from a simple smoothie feels great! Can definitely tell Paula has put alot into this product so thank you Paula for bringing out this amazing powder!

I have been using the DEF for the past couple of months and I feel so much better when I take it. I have had rosacea for a few years and it’s seems to be helping with the tone and texture of my skin. I have lots more energy and my head hair has lots of new hair growth! Also I don’t have any cravings when I take it and it’s keeps me feeling full.

I am not the person to buy protein powders but this DEF is absolutely out of this world. The taste is so delicious, so light and it has such great quality ingredients. I have noticed that I have more energy and I’m more alert. It has all the vitamins you need all in one, who wouldn’t love it. I wouldn’t have thought that I could love something this much. Thank you so much Paula ❤️

Daily essential formula
I came across synergised on Instagram and messaged Paula about how I was feeling. She got back to all my questions and helped me come up with a plan for the future, beginning with DEF. It tastes amazing and after just a couple of days felt much brighter and more energised. I’m going to order my second tub, I love it. Thank u Paula

I am so impressed with Daily Essential Formula. It leaves no nasty after taste and I don't feel sick or bloated after having it. Will definitely continue to use it.

Surprised at how good this tastes , have tried many other brands in past but just couldnt get past the taste so synthetic .

I absolutely love the DEF... since using it in my smoothies I have noticed a considerable difference in my health. The most amazing thing is how full up I am for hours and the complete lack of sugar cravings. Not to mention it tastes delicious like vanilla ice cream with no nasties. Wow! I have followed Paula for a long time and when I saw that she had created a protein shake, I knew it would be full of the best ingredients. I worried what the taste would be like as I haven’t ever enjoyed protein shakes before. DEF is delicious and you just feel the goodness straight away. It is yummy and my 6 year old loves it too and now my husband has taken a like to it to. Thank you Paula.

Opened my third tub of DEF! I am loving it so much. I am so glad that I got it on subscription so I don't run out :) I use it as a breakfast replacement, sometimes lunch if I'm running around being extra busy. I have it with my berries to make a smoothie and they taste absolutely fantastic! I don't get the usual bloating or funny aftertaste with any artificial flavours. Thank you Paula for making this amazing product - I am a total convert!

Beyond amazing Paula. The best vegan protein I have EVER tried. It smells like vanilla ice cream and tastes so delicious. I almost feel like it is a treat because it tastes so good. It tastes and smells like heaven and I trust Paula to use the best of the best ingredients. I wish it came in a bigger tub!

I'm in my first bottle of DEF and it is for sure the best flavoured vegan protein powder I have tried! But it goes beyond from being only a protein powder, as it is packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber… It is definitely a product with a lot of planning and effort behind it. Looking forward to what Paula launches next!

Wow I’m so pleased with this product! I have followed Paula for a while now and I try my best to implement as many of her recommendations as possible; I wish I had 1% of Paula’s knowledge so when she brought out a product that has been so well researched and made I knew I had to have it. Really impressed with the DEF! Such a great protein. So hard to find foods and supplements which are free from nasties, but this is THE ONE! Not only a great source of protein but also doubles as a multivitamin you can trust, and it tastes great too. Highly recommend!

I have tried many many protein powders in the last few years in my breakfast smoothie; some have been too sweet, some have been tasteless - but I became used to it. When Paula released DEF I wanted to try it seeing how many vitamins and minerals there were (more than I’ve ever seen in any of the protein powders I’ve tried) and also knowing there were no “hidden” ingredients. It has to be the best tasting protein powder I have EVER had, I actually could not wait to have my smoothie the next day. I have worked with Paula one on one on two occasions now (most recently when I was pregnant), so I knew it was going faultless with her level of knowledge. Well done Paula!
