I can’t recommend Synergised highly enough - from the DEF, the 21 day reset, Paula’s dedication to sharing her time, information, advice, answering health questions all for free - incredible!

I have suffered with issues with my gut for a long time including bloating and inflammation. I ran the Organic Acid Test to get to the bottom of the issue. I received a comprehensive set of results which gave a really good overall overview of my health. The best part was the one on one consultation to go through the results and wellness plan which followed. I ended up completing a 21 day reset which had a big impact on my bloating and I lost quite a bit of weight.

For a very long time I’ve struggled with eczema and I’ve always noticed a correlation between the foods that I consumed and flare ups. Some of these triggers I was able to identify very easily, and others less so. From my understanding, some reactions are delayed and can happen up to 3 days after consuming a certain food. Therefore, I decided to opt for the food sensitivity test - when I got my results, I was so happy because now I can avoid certain foods. The test was incredibly detailed and I found out about sensitivities to foods such as miso and egg whites. Now, each time I have a mild flare up I actively avoid those foods and it helps to clear it to a certain degree. I think with issues such as eczema it’s a game changer to do a test like this because you wouldn’t want food to be worsening the condition. I was also highly impressed by the review I received. One of the team members went through the report, explained it, and really took a holistic approach towards my healing. Instead of looking at the sensitivity test alone, an overview of my health was collected and then used to make a rough plan for what I can do food-wise and in other ways to heal.

After years of experiencing fatigue, sleep issues, weight gain and brain fog I decided to run a lab test to finally get answers as to why I was feeling this way. I'd tried many things previously to try and manage these issues mostly through self-study and following nutritionists on instagram but I couldn't quite tailor the 1000s of things out there to address my specific issues. I'd changed my diet, ate healthy, worked out, took great supplements etc but I couldn't shake the fatigue, weight gain, brain fog etc that I was experiencing. I finally reached out to Synergised - I was following Paula for years and had previously done the GI protocol with great results - so I trusted her fully. I'm so glad I ran the lab test as it showed me I had estrogen dominance, low thyroid and low vitamin d. I also had increased cortisol in the mornings. I received excellent suggestions about how to address my specific issues along with a wellness plan specific and tailored to me. I have started implementing the plan at a gradual manageable pace so as not to overwhelm myself. I have since noticed improvements in my sleep, skin and have lost about 2kg of weight. I'm still feeling fatigued and brain fog but that is more down to me not having fully implemented the plan as of yet - I believe these issues will also clear up once I'm able to fully implement the suggestions given. If you are experiencing issues and are unable to get to the root cause I'd highly recommend running a lab with Synergised as they not only advise you on your specific imbalances but also provide a wellness plan to address the root cause.
A small suggestion to further improve your services would be to provide a little more aftercare support or follow up midway through the plan - however I do understand this may not be feasible.

Absolutely love this product (Daily Essential Formula)! All the essential excellent quality vitamins and minerals one could need in a bag. The taste is great and I tend to have it in my morning smoothie or porridge. I feel I have more energy since taking and also want to boost immunity especially as winter is here! I order for my two daughters too and they love it. I feel this product is worth the price and would rather cut back on my cups of coffee out and spend it on this! Having found Paula back in 2020, she and Synergised have been such an important part of my day to day life. The abundance of knowledge that is provided is incredible, from nutrition to lifestyle, meditation and podcasts. The meditations will leave you feeling calm and mindful and ease whatever struggles you're going through. The only thing I wish was that I could listen to them offline. I am yet to fully implement the nutrition side of the platform but it there are SO MANY recipes and the website overall is beautifully composed. I am currently in process of doing the 1:1 with alot of personal struggles that I have to make my way through in terms of physical and mental health that has built up over the years and Paula is the most patient and understanding person to be doing this with. This platform is forever evolving and whatever your needs are I would recommend it to everyone if you want to improve your health and life from within.

This protein powder is amazing. It’s so tasty, and doesn’t contain anything nasty and it’s nutritionally complete which I didn’t think I would find in one single pot. I have it every morning and it keeps me full for at least a good 3 hours, and on busy days I have it at lunch time too knowing I’m filling my body and belly with goodness and all the vitamins and minerals it needs. My sugar cravings have reduced and my skin loves it too. I’ve told friends and family to purchase it too as it’s so good.

I would give this 5 star if it can come with no sweetness what so ever , bit less flavour too

I’ve been using the DEF for the past few weeks now and I can’t believe have much of a difference it’s making already! I’m having regular bowel moments which I didn’t before and I feel more energised and alert. And it tastes amazing! Thank you Paula!!

This product is amazing. I am currently nearly 4 months pregnant and have been lacking energy. However, since introducing the DEF into my morning smoothie, my energy levels have massively increased. It gives me a huge boost and tastes amazing

DEF is the cleanest protein powder on the market and it also contains vitamins and mineral with a high bioavailability so I don’t have to buy my multivitamin pills anymore, everything I need is this tub! I use it for literally everything, from smoothie bowl to cakes and it’s perfect as a snack but also meal replacement. It’s just for everything and every occasion. I feel so much more energy when I start my day with a DEF smoothie and will defo continue buying it. Would be nice to make different flavors in future maybe other then that it’s perfect! Bought for the 21 day reset & will never stop using it! I’ve spent a lot of money on protein powders/vitamins. This is hands down the best one and has everything I need for optimal health, making my life easier. I love that it tastes great with just water & keeps you full for hours.
