NMN is giving me loads of energy. I am lifting heavier weights and finding it easier to stick to a daily exercise regime.I am also noticing less gray hairs! Magnesium has improved my sleep and made me feel calmer. Lions mane seems to be helping my son who has ADHD with his focus and moods. Ive been looking for a honest relaible company for my daily suppliments. I wanted ones without all the nasty added ingredients and binders that most supplements seem to have in them.
