Love this card great you can use it anywhere. It was great to get my shopping and fill the car with diesel. I would recommend it to all bosses for a bonus for this Christmas.

They blocked my card with a weeks notice requesting more documentation. I sent it all and for 2 weeks no one helps.
Can't use card or access deposited funds.
Whoever comes back, says I need to contact payments team but doesn't say how to reach them.
Automatic chat bot is as dumb as it gets. And not helping at all.
Agents are slow responding and just pointing fingers in other direction.
I didn't mind that transactions are expensive but now I am exceptionally disappointed 😔
So verdict is, stay away if possible. They don't seem to care about helping you if a problem happens. Traditional Irish welcome wagon.
Oh and their cards are falling apart after 2 months of use. 🙄 plastic is peeling off the card 😆😅 oh dear

I used the card without problems except places where swiping wasn't available ,motorway toll, public toilets etc.

It is OK but not all shops can take it and its not tap and pay

This is by far the worst experience I have had with a company. They decided to reverse a payment back to the sender back in 2022. The sender never received it and I have been chasing that money from them for the past 3 years. It should not take 3 years to get a refund.

Received 50 euro one and had kept in the car for emergencies, the went to use it when needed and was gone down to 25 euro no notice or warning there was handling fees on this card

Works in a lot of places but didn't work online for any luxury brands over a certain amount which was disappointing.

I have ordered a Swril card for the quarterly bonus paymenyt for me and all the staff that works for the Clinic.

On their website they state "45 milllion locations" and "our masrtercard Gift Card is accepted worldwild, ANYWHERE you see the Mastercard Logo". And this is not true.
I have saved this card with all my bonus for my trip back home (Brasil) I statyed in São Paulo and in Rio de Janeiro and the card was not accepted, anywhere even in machines that have the MasterCard Logo.
I have contacted Swirl using the app, never had an answer back.

My staff also had the same problem trying to use their bonus in Spain!

I am never ordering a card from Swirl again. Because of the "Anywhere you see a Mastercard Logo" is a lie and because the customer seevice is poor.

Brilliant card and very useful. Accepted everywhere I've tried to use it and very easy to manage everything through the app.
