Very seamless and very fast service

Order quite a number of bulk gift cards to various addresses. The ordering system is very simple, continued feedback on the stage of the order, through payment, dispatch and uploading.

We have had no problems using the swirl card and find it very easy to use online and in shops.

Avoid at all costs! - terrible customer service.
Had a terrible experience with this company; their customer service agent abruptly hung-up without resolving my issue, totally unprofessional in my opinion. It seems that customers are not the priority for this company, their priority is gouging ongoing fees from their customers at every opportunity which are not cheap in any sense.
Avoid at all costs is my advice, and go with a similar provider who prioritises their customers and treats them with respect, not just uses them as an ongoing ‘fee generating’ cash-cow.

We ordered SwirlCard for employees. The staff were professional and efficient and made sure the experience was easy.
Cards are great, can be used anywhere that takes Mastercard.

Unfortunately it was not made clear that I can only upload 3500 per calendar year. My tax year is April to March so now I can’t use my cards until 2026

Update to my previous review card in question was sorted even if it took a while .

Straight forward online application / payment procedure.
Followed by a swift issue of gift cards.
For security reasons cards are not loaded with funds until they are received.
Value loading process on receipt only took minutes.
Great email communication throughout.
Very happy with service.
